I made some cooked marscapone cheeseballs and dipped them in to toffee syrup.

Phylum 11-07-2011 02:44 AM

Frosties.

Dynamithix 11-07-2011 04:05 AM

I made a steak sandwich. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a good start.

i fucking love steak. always have it rare, but i dunno if i'd like it 'blue'. have to try it one day.

I had some in a restaurant once that made me feel as sick as a fucking parrot. I swear that the cream in there was plastic.

i had mine in a restaurant too, but i think it was more to do with them being so astronomically sweet.

Rare steak is the finest food in the world. Will be throwing some into a stroganoff tonight.

I just ate homemade felafel balls. Once I got the oil temperature right, they were fantastic.

I ate them in mediocre and dry wholemeal pitas, with hummus, avocado, spring onions, fresh red capsicums, mixed lettuce and some wierd-tasting roasted, pickled capsicums.

Overall, a damned good meal. But the felafels were definately the highlight.

MeechMunchie 11-08-2011 10:20 AM

Felafel is a fantastic word. Also Gallantry.

Dynamithix 11-08-2011 10:36 AM

I always thought it was falafel. :(

Also, I had an urge to get some cookie dough and I ate a little bit of it and damn it's good. I remember when I was little I always preferred just eating some of the dough rather than the actual cookies.

Mac Sirloin 11-08-2011 10:41 AM

I had some Macaroni and Cheese.

Come to the UK. It's 'falafel' here.

The last thing I ate was the aloo gobi and complementary pilau rice that I couldn't fit in me last night.

Manco 11-08-2011 11:37 AM

Reheated chilli con carne.

MeechMunchie 11-08-2011 12:51 PM

I ate some honey roasted cashew nuts. Best food ever. It is one of the only things I would eat until I was physically sick.

Wil 11-08-2011 01:54 PM

Aloo gobi dhansak with chapatis. It tasted of cheese.

I always thought it was falafel. :(

It's an Arabic word transliterated to English. There is no official spelling. The way I pronounce it is closer to 'Felafel', so that's how I choose to spell it.

Wil 11-09-2011 02:45 AM

Frosties.

Wings of Fire 11-09-2011 02:48 AM

Weetos.

Mudokon_Master 11-09-2011 02:52 AM

Fucking raspberry iced tea crystals. I knew I would get diarrhea but I kept eating them. THEY WERE SO GOOD!

Dynamithix 11-09-2011 02:57 AM

I had really big blueberry-strawberry-raspberry smoothie this morning. Yum.

Wil 11-09-2011 03:01 AM

I have to say that reading this thread has broadened my awareness of what people consider food. Raspberry iced tea crystals? I'm not sure I can even comprehend what they are.

Mudokon_Master 11-09-2011 03:02 AM

They're so good!

Dixanadu 11-09-2011 08:53 AM

A ham and cheese sandwich!

MeechMunchie 11-09-2011 11:56 AM

Kedgeree. Mmmm.

Easily the best thing to come out of Scotland, along with bagpipes and Franz Ferdinand.

Crashpunk 11-09-2011 02:21 PM

You win this round Dixanadu...

spicy Transform-A-Snack. they're so fun.

And tasty. But what's nicer than them is the Saucy BBQ Transform-A-Snack, but they're like gold dust around my parts. I've only ever had two packets in my lifetime. Quavers Salt and Vinegar as well are tasty but rare.

I bought these sweets that my brother said had the most intense sour taste out of anything he's ever had before. I thought that I was pretty tolerant of sour shit but nothing I could ever have had could have prepared me for what I was about to put my taste buds through. It was glorious, sour and a little bit painful, but after the sour came the tasty surprise. I don't know if it was the aftermath of the sour that made the sweet taste better but it was damn tasty.

Havoc 11-09-2011 05:15 PM

I ate some boerenkool tonight. I have no idea how I'm supposed to translate that into English though. Farmers Cabage? I dunno...

Mudokon_Master 11-09-2011 09:40 PM

Today I had lemon iced tea crystals!
I couldn't help myself :(

Nate 11-10-2011 03:55 AM

Homemade Green Curry Risotto.

Not *quite* as nice as it sounds. And it certainly took some effort collecting the ingredients together. But it was still quite tasty.

Wings of Fire 11-10-2011 04:08 AM

I had two glasses of coke, then a big can of energy drink, then a large mug full of industrial black coffee and then a brownie.

Testing people in the early morning is fun!

Wil 11-10-2011 04:41 AM

Frosties.

Do you live on Frosties?

Wil 11-10-2011 05:17 AM

No, I just have Frosties every morning. I don't talk about lunch or dinner as much because I don't have internet as much in the evenings.

I vote you should be banned for spam-overdose. ;)

Nate 11-10-2011 05:32 AM

What are you talking about? Max would never eat Spam!

Mudokon_Master 11-11-2011 02:49 AM

I had a lovely slice of cake for my mum's birthday.
#It's so delicious and moist.

T-nex 11-11-2011 04:53 AM

The last two days I ate really yummy traditional Romanian food from a "Traditional romanian food" themed restaurant. Soooo good. Yummy yum.
Had stomach soup(which most of you will probly turn up your nose at), and yummy pieces of ham with cabbage stuff. And I also had Polenta with smoked meat and cheese.
Yummm.
The waitress gave us free dessert for some reason though. She was cool. We may have tipped her a lot.
