Ender in Exile.
OSC continues to sell out in a way that is still entertaining. |
The Three Kingdoms, attributed to Luo Guanzhong.
Cao Cao you fucking bastard. |
I haven't read 1984 yet, still got so much else to catch up on.
I love the Dynasty Warriors series so I should probably read the novel sometime. |

Yeah, it's more along the lines of
"Cao Cao and Shan Ren went to Xudi. They thought there were people with knives in a building, but after slaughtering them realized it was a family preparing a meal." |
I am reading " The Magicians' Guild " by Trudi Canavan.
I like fantasy and sci-fi books better. Also I am writing my own. Maybe put it up here sometime. :P |

I'm on the intro of my story. It's like a combination of Alien, The Thing, and Cloverfield.
Go ahead and tell me how bad an idea that sounds, but my English teacher will eat it up. |
So it's about a giant impregnating transforming blob in Antarctica?
|
Have just started reading "I Strahd, the memoirs of a vampire."
Weird book... |
I've recently finished the first section and stopped reading Weapons of Choice by John Birmingham.
It's a good book... I just don't have time to read it anymore. |
The last few books I have read;
Russell Brand's My Booky Wook Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows Blazin Barrels Manga vol 1-7 The Fast Show Book |

Is it as good as it sounds? |

I thought Twilight was one of the worst books I had ever read. Honestly, it felt like I was reading some crap off of fanfiction.net through the whole book. D:
I rarely read, but the last book I read was... Twilight. Not the best book to leave off on, but before that I read Inkheart, way before it became massively popular. Pretty good, one of the only books I actually enjoyed. Right now, I'm looking for a good book that's not massively popular to teenagers. Really. I'm going to die if the next book I read turns into the next best seller because some fangirl picks it up and shares it with all her friends. I think I should have just stuck to my crappy outdated encyclopedias. They were far more worth reading than some of the books I see out there now a days. |

Is that what English Teacher do. Most of them hate fantasy. Especially mine. She was always into English Literature. We had to write a book review for exam. I choose the Dragon and the Phoenix and did it on imagery. lol. I got mark B+ but I was lucky it wasnt her that marked it. StrikeWitch, your signature is lovely and unique but its seriously far too long. I suggest cutting it down a little. |

Los Soles Truncos by René Marqués.
|
Lamb by Christopher Moore.
Fucking love that book. |
Borrowed that Matthew Reilly novel, Six Sacred Stones, from my grandmother (!).
I swear, these plots get more retarded with each book. |
Reading That Insidious Beast an e-novel-short stroy type thing from something awful. It's really good.
|
Bought the first Sandman graphic novel and am reading it as well as Neverwhere.
Also I'm collecting the Yu-Gi-Oh manga at the moment. |

|
I know, buying manga really isn't my thing but I was hooked from reading the scans of the first seven volumes but then they stopped scanning them :(.
Ball in your court, Miss Lolita. |
You have activated my trap card.

I read "Funhouse" by Richard Laymond again.
Crazy, rapist hobos. |
Twilight is alright as long as you don't set yourself up for a vampire bloodfest.
I've gone back to reading some of my manga, mainly the Blazin Barrels series by Tokyopop. It combines two of my favorite things, Anime characters and Western-themed weaponry, you can thank Revolver Ocelot for that ;) |
