I thought I was very clear. When you say Islam is bad, you of course tar the brush-stroke name for a vast number of sects with the same brush. The catch-all term for a religion of 1.6 billion people, and you write the entire thing off? Well done.

The foundation of all religions are unscientific beliefs, hence all religions tend to be logically biased.

I'm not saying they're not illogical and unscientific, many people are not, that doesn't mean you write the entire thing off.

Writing off Islam =/= writing off all Muslims. I'm saying that the ideas the religion promotes are shitty and evil. All of them? No. But most of them.

The thing is Nepsotic, Islam, as with all religions, is incredibly nuanced. Religion is such a contrary thing, and it's based on ideas thousands and years old. The philosophy, and sometimes the history that can be found within these religions are often valid in the modern day. Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and all the others are outdated and yes, some of it is violent and barbaric but I implore you not to write the whole religion off. I'm not going to change your mind just by quipping with you, but I honestly believe if you researched some stuff about Islam that doesn't abide by your confirmation bias, you might take a more centrist view.

I don't think you can consider yourself a logical person while still putting your trust in ancient, contradictory and unscientific books.
