LauricGK, thats great! And what about different views? Can we hope for any crazy camera angles? I want many pics of trains. You have such big hi poly 3d model, and I think that you can open great potential from it. ))

Some statistics ;

My folder named "Oddworld : Feeco Depot WIP" with every files (.psd, .jpg, .c4d, etc...) in it, is 3,6Go

The final photoshop file alone is 869Mo. It starts to make my computer angry...!

The final picture is almost done (about 90%) but I'm now wondering if it could be a good idea to...


...mod' a game character ? I first thought about the glukkon Aslik, or a flying slig. Not both, the picture would be "too much".

Your opinion ? (except: "You f****** crazy, stop adding new stuff everytime, or you'll finish the work in 6 years, moron)

You mean render a character or add an existing image?

Personally if you plan to render a character (and I'd really love to see you do that, I'm sure others would too), I'd finish your Fee-Co picture/scene first, then work on the character afterwards as a different project.

Actually, the 10% left is about the character I'm talking about ;)) I can't finish the scene before I'm decided to render one or not. The scene would need to be adapted with the character, if I do it. So, let's think about that :)

I wonder to see a flying slig or some flying sligs in different parts of the scene. One slig may situated near camera and some others may be placed behind the trains. It means that they will be farther and of course smaller. If you will make them in 3D, it wouldn't be a problem. )

Okay, here are the news ; This afternoon (Now 9.00pm in France) I had an express zbrush formation ; I didn't use it before so I had to...read some stuffs and lessons about it.

Then I started the flying slig mod, it's actually pretty good as a beginning, I'll show you tomorrow.

The tendrils are good, but everything else seems wrong structurally. But it's certainly better than anything I could do with 3D sculpting tools, so I don't feel right giving you critique.
