They weren't going to make a professional movie. They were going to hire someone else to make a professional movie for them.

Right now they're definately creating TAS and in their spare time might be trying to find funding and partners for CS or the Oddworld movie.

I think that this is a meaningless line of speculation. The Native is someone at Oddmobb who chooses to occassionally update us on what's going on. Who actually types the words is unimportant.

Plus, I quite like the mystique of not knowing.
