quit possibly, Fuzzle said to me that only elums can get out, well outside of it theres a slig lock thing dont know if it opens anything since im a glukkon on it

If you looked in the thread you'd know there are no true opening times, it's random. Depends on whether Aji can be online or not.

Although there are more updates, I'll post here the best of them... you'll have to find the rest. First, let's all give a big round of applause for Munches Master for contributing a great deal to the dream, particularly with the codes for the Vending machines, although they're not completely working as we had hoped they would, they should be working soon. At the moment, the only working vending machine in the one in the canteen, at the top of the room next to the bar. You can order both drinks and food from it, these include Drinks Soulstorm Brew, Expresso, Opple Juice, Water, Sundae. I bring another update for you all:
The 2 Vendos now work flawlessly (apart from a problem that means the menus for both Vendos display on both, but i know how to fix that now- there was a fault with the core DS rather than the edited DS) After tinkering around, I found the problem with the DragonSpeak and now both vendos work correctly. Hopefully the other Vendos will soon be operable too. Once I recive the co-ordinates and vacant countdown timers from Fuzzle Guy, the other Vendos will be on the way. An issue is that currently, the Crawling Slig DS has stopped working. This is less to do with the updates and more to do with a localspecies issue though, so it can likely be fixed without a need for changing anything. But otherwise, the updates are working properly. Hope you all enjoy! EDIT: The random bed has gone. However, a tree appears to have moved instead, along with soem bushes being duplicated and 1 tile being inexpicably unwalkable. It's not a glitch per se, just a random reshuffling. Doesn't affect anything though, and aesthetically it still looks fine, so no worries. |
I was right you did go admin, and like the tour said, you made alot of cool stuff, once you said vendos i figured soulstorm brew, scrab cakes, and paramite pies were uncluded just obvious, i gotta get on and see this, Im going to learn to use the map editor and try to help out, thne again itd besucky help anyway, still great work

I re-downloaded Furcadia, and me and Alector took a look - Awesome work. :D That must've taken a lot of coding - It's awesome how each character has it's own footsteps and sounds.
We'll be around anyway, maybe we'll join in with some of your RPs. :) It's a shame we don't have a laptop for both me and Alector to play at the same time, though. :( |

I finally managed to sign up, THIS IS SO COOL 8D I mean, I didn't really do anything but run around aimlessly and smack my face into walls because the controls were confusing, but still, I got to do it as an elum, which kicks ass on so many levels. This whole thing would be shitloads more fun if there weren’t a few arsewipes who go on as Sligs and feel they have the right to shoot anyone they want. Maybe on Oddworld Sligs shoot first and ask questions later, but basic netiquette dictates that before you take a dump over someone else’s fun you ask them ‘Are you actually RPing, or are you just walking about trying to explore this awesome place without dickwads getting in your way?’

eh, you have to run away, just move out of their path before they shoot, eventually they'll get bored, if not after they shoot you hide somewhere, unless their shooting you at the spawn

I recommend a PVP option, while it's off you can't shoot or be killed, should be quite easy to code for, right? |
