Aye, that's why I want to seem him do it as soon as they are certain any drugs are out of his system, if they aren't already...I don't know anything about what he was taking. Out of pure curiosity I want to see whether or not he could theoretically finish first again. I know he won't be allowed but nevertheless...
He won't finish first again. Even if he still was on the 'roids he probably wouldn't win ever again; he's just getting too old.

And besides that, he can't finish first 'again' without drugs because he's never done it in the first place.
