I don't know if this adds to the conversation because I used to collect the cards but the newest pokemon game I played was probably sapphire but don't you think the older pokemon are cooler.

I think the older pokemon are more consistent and nostalgic.

Good God, Gear's final evo is shit. I am, however, in love with all the Water and Ice Pokemon. Also good to see that Leafapillar got a kickass Evolutionary family.

I think I got that first video in just before Goldandsilver7, but it was pretty close. I think I have the first Pokemon White walkthrough though. Going to continue it now and see what I find.

That battle theme is nice... I'm considering downloading this when the English ROM comes out.

I think after looking all the new Pokemon over, I may not bother with these games. There's no real standout creatures, even the starters. They all look like something that would be boxed once you get the final form. At least the G/S remakes were a nice, and I can hope they'll get back on track with the sixth generation.

I've just seen all the 5th gen Pokemon and I've got to say I'm very disappointed with them.
most of them just look awful and ones that do look good are overshadowed by the previous Pokemon.

I will buy Pokemon Black because its a Pokemon game and I'm Pokemon fan. The features look way better then the new Pokemon themselves anyway and I'll enjoy using them on the real kick-ass 1st and 2nd gen Pokemon!

Also can somebody explain to me why the Tarous and Lovdisc look-a-likes are NOT 2nd Evos?
