The Slig Barracks has never been used in actual warfare. Masses of temporary structures built apon each other, it shows how Dripik is very self proclamated and cowardly.
I got that (not an exact quote, evidently) from the 1o years Art of Oddworld book.

But how can he be a Ganeral he is too much of a coward to fight and he cant be a military stragist because he is too stupid. He even has trouble remembering his own name(but most of us knew that already)

He was probably a reasonably successful/lucky glukkon businessman that was rewarded with a cushy job. Welcome to the world of middle management, where being good at the job is less important than looking like you know what you're talking about.

I like those ones. I love how the slig newscaster uses his mic as a guitar, golf club and back scratcher.

I think all these images rock! I love seeing pictures of oddworld. I think they are so cool. Especially ones i have not seen. My favorite ones are the magog on the march ones. Those ones are awesome.
