Seargentbig 05-06-2006 12:58 AM

I have returned, drawn here by dripik's superiour skills at paint. Looks very good indeed. I have to come here more often.

Splat 05-06-2006 07:58 AM

HOORAY, OUR SEARGENT IS BACK!!! HE'LL TELL US WHAT TO DO!!!!!

Yeah, the slig's head and pants and arms are very good. But I'd say the back/tail is too rigid (straight) or long (not sure which :p) and maybe a little too skinny when it meets the pants. Not sre about that one.

But otherwise fantastic!

T-nex 05-07-2006 12:05 PM

LoL... I took my time and coloured the anni-piccy ^_^ C & C is appreciated :D

Seargentbig 05-08-2006 03:53 AM

Very, uh... pink...
Heh, it looks good. Very well shaded. Look at that expression! I think the head proportion is out a bit, but other than that it's great. I could never colour like that.

Munch's Master 05-10-2006 11:29 AM

heh, that Anni pic is good. She look real weird, but in a good way. And as always, good art by dripik!

Splat 05-11-2006 01:21 AM

Colouring is very good. I'd say you should work on the shape of the head, but the body is very good.
Rock on! :p

T-nex 05-11-2006 02:10 AM

I know the head is a bit uhm weird... It's always the head i get wrong -_-

Lol, the body is also a bit short... Anyways, I'll scan in my Kix-piccy soon ^_^

dripik 05-11-2006 07:33 AM

Great colouring and expression. A bit more shading under her chin and the head becomes more distinguishable.

But hey, this place is also for comic-style drawings, isn't it? :D

This goes for the OWF 6th Anniversary!

T-nex 05-11-2006 09:33 AM

LOL ROFL LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!

It really rox u know XD
great!!!

Splat 05-11-2006 10:05 AM

lol, fantastic!

Happy Birthday OWF!
I might say remove the text beneath the icons, just to make it more culturally relevant! Confused me for a few seconds cus I (tried to) read it before actually looking at the icon!
But yeah, fantastic.

dripik 05-11-2006 10:36 AM

Culturally relevant? It's completely relevant to my culture... :p

But I know what you mean, Splat, I was thinking about translating them to English, but if you look at the icons, it's pretty obvious. You can look at the Hungarian icons as fun facts or something... at least it's proof that I made the comic. :D

Munch's Master 05-11-2006 11:15 AM

LOL! Funny comic there drip. And 'Lomtar' is Hungarian for recycle bin? Interesting. But yeah, good work, funny stuff, and nice self-portrait.

Glukinator 05-11-2006 12:57 PM

 That was great Dripik!

Dark Elite_H2 05-11-2006 01:31 PM

That was pretty good, Drip.
Congrats on the 6th OWF anniversary comic, really good.

Seargentbig 05-12-2006 01:39 AM

Hoohoo! Funny! A worthy comic, indeed.

Slaveless 05-12-2006 01:35 PM

Heh, all of your pictures are great. Anni looks really good, T-Nex. And I like your sketches and your comic, Dripik.

I won't be showing my pictures any time soon. I can't figure out a way to shorten my scanned images, and finding a way to not reveal(sp?) my name. :( I could use a digital camera, but I don't know.

dripik 05-28-2006 02:48 AM

Thanks everyone!

Haven't been drawing lately, so... Here's page 44.

Seargentbig 05-28-2006 03:22 AM

Mmm. Looks good as always, dripik.

Slaveless 05-28-2006 05:25 AM

I really liked how you expressed the side of Arnie. Made me think of AE. Also, I liked you made the reflection of #7 Slig on the trains front glass. Hey, anyway, since you are always working on that comic (most of the time) don't you need another person as a Staff, Dripik?

Splat 05-28-2006 06:02 AM

Fantastic! That moment will go down in W@RF history, the first injury. Followed by at least one a day for the rest of the RPG. great work.

Slaveless 05-28-2006 07:22 AM

That post actually took me two minutes to figure out what you meant. But it is true. There is always some sort of injury/death/surgury everyday. But that last one isn't until v.5. But it would be nice if more of the old members of Rupture Farms would post more often. Anyway, would it be easier if two people worked on W@RF comic?

dripik 05-28-2006 08:13 AM

The more the merrier. I like the idea itself. Maybe those who would like to take part of drawing the comics should start with different versions of W@RF. So, you want to join in, Slaveless? Or anyone else?

Don't take the quality of my drawings as a standard, that's my style, maybe you can do better with PhotoShop. :D

dripik 05-31-2006 09:02 AM

Another page coming up.

Anyone having artwork to show?

Slaveless 05-31-2006 12:07 PM

OK, I might be able to show some work and some comics, but I don't want to reveal my name. Anybody know how to hide links? I can't do them.

Oh and nice comic Dripik! I loved how you showed #7 Slig without pants.

Splat 06-01-2006 03:01 AM

If you post your name it doesn't really matter much. All we would know is... your name.... and you say you are a 12 year old boy. Doesn't really say much, especially as we don't know your country.
If you've got pics online you could post em somewhere else without giving your name... Also using the 'manage attachments' button at the bottom of the advanced post window you can attach em straight into this website.

Oh, and great comic Dripik ;)

Mudoko_Jedi 06-01-2006 03:17 AM

Im new but i got all ur comics you are so goood!

Slaveless 06-02-2006 12:59 PM

I don't really have a site to post it on and the Mangement Attachtments key only allows 500 KB and my file is 6.4 MB. Also it says that "Remote files uploads have been disabled." whenever I put in the url.

Also, it isn't just my name, it's my dad's name and my last name.

dripik 06-14-2006 11:45 AM

Here's page 46, just finished.

It's your decision, Slaveless. Anyway, if you have any suitable drawings, it's welcome here.

Splat 06-14-2006 02:12 PM

Lovin it! Another excellent one, love his comment on the skull and bones! :p

E'l Scrabino 06-15-2006 03:54 AM

'tis delightfully awesome!

Mudoko_Jedi 06-15-2006 04:12 AM

Gotta love those bigbros.

dripik 06-15-2006 11:52 AM

Thanks for the feedback.

I give you a Scrab full-size today. This one grown big, he's larger than a BigBro. I guess size varies between Scrabs, even if it's not obvious from the games.

Splat 06-15-2006 01:34 PM

Gah, how are you so good with paint?? It's frustrating!

Body shape is great. Colours are slightly off I think, but otherwise great.

dripik 06-16-2006 09:43 AM

Please, I just look for some production art, copy the outlines, draw the details and do the colouring. Nothing you can't handle. Yeah, the colours are not the best, but comic-styled drawings are not for being realistic.

I guess it's the same again... Good shape, basic colours. A Paramite full-size.

Mudoko_Jedi 06-17-2006 03:37 AM

That, is, its its ameazing.

Slaveless 06-17-2006 04:12 AM

I really like the Paramite. You really focused on the extra detail, such as the shadowing, the wrinkles, and the clawes. It almost looks like the real thing. Great job, dripik. ;)

Splat 06-17-2006 07:09 AM

Bravo.

So which would you rather encounter on a dark night: One of those scrabs or 20 of those paramites? :p

Give me the paramite any day. Nice job Dripik, that should be very useful later on in the comic.

Matriar 06-17-2006 07:34 AM

Cool paramite and nice scrab.

EDIT: Maybe it's a bit late, but...

:

Great colouring and expression. A bit more shading under her chin and the head becomes more distinguishable.

But hey, this place is also for comic-style drawings, isn't it? :D

This goes for the OWF 6th Anniversary!

http://www.geocities.com/old_nile/owf6th.jpg

...this one is great   !

The other comic is cool too! :fuzcool: I want to see some more.

The Red Muse 06-21-2006 02:30 AM

I see you've been busy with the comic, Dripik ;)
Gotta admit that you got talent, some of them are just hilarious.

Anyway, just popped over to say hi. Keep up the good work!

Cheers,
-TRM

dripik 06-22-2006 04:47 AM

Thanks! Just trying to advance with it. And it's a good pastime, too.

OK, here's some more...
