It's frickin' annoying is what it is.

After playing several other Live games and then coming back to Halo 2, it's just like... could they make this game any more unbalanced? It just becomes overly frustrating and plain annoying. Even when you're winning. Everything seems to happen in slow motion as well. The game is so damn slow.

My friend and I played a bunch of Team Training games recently, and that was OK, simply because we just killed the other team in lieu of pursuing the objectives. That coupled with the fact that our other two teammates left pretty much every game (leaving a 2 v. 4 goof-off fest-o-rama) made it relatively entertaining, but beyond that, I've simply had a lousy time playing Halo 2... Live, LAN parties, you name it. It's just so... slow.

Anywho, that's just my little rant on H2. I may have to check out the new(er) maps that are coming out just for shits and giggles, though.

Can someone tell me the best internet for Xbox Live cause am changing mine for Xbox Live what should I get?

Comcast or any other Cable and/or T1 connection ppssible is the best, I had DSL before and the difference in speed and connection is exponential.

I used to have Doom 3 but every copy I got (I had to take it back numerous times) didn't work, so I had to get my money back.

Now that I've actually played Chaos Theory, I find it is (almost) always a lot easier for mercenaries. Almost every time I'm a merc (with another merc), I win. Almost every time I'm a spy, I lose.

Although the 'Aquarius' level makes it equally easy for either team.

Tip: If you use sneaker alot, get 500 backstabs ASAP. The instant detonating sneeker is extremely useful.

Anybody still playing Halo 2? I don't really want to play unless I start playing again unless some people I know do. Cuz I'd like to just have a match for fun custom etc and have a huge forum battle. :)

I HATE Halo 2. I literally feel insulted when I'm invited to play it now. It's a boring FPS game with barely any sound, and a simple set-up. I don't see how people can play it all day :/.

I know, everyone makes it sound SO cool, but I don't think it's the best game out there.

Halo 2 is soo, meh. Timesplitters: Future Perfect rules. And DooM³. I've heard some good things about Conker also.

I don't put much time into Xbox Live these days. GTA: SA is the likely reason I guess, and Stranger's Wrath before it.

Any of you guys that I was playing Chaos Theory with you will have noticed (or not) that I havn't been playing in months. The main reason being that my Xbox seems to have conked out and refuses to play any games, regardless of whether they are newly bought or not.

So now I'm hoping to god that because the Xbox360 is back compatible, it can also play Xbox games on XBL. Unfortunately, I've got to wait till 2nd Dec to find out.

Just make sure you get the one with the hard drive! :p

I'm sure a game that's as popular as SC:CT will be ready to go on the XB360 as soon as it's released; you probably won't even have to wait for a patch or anything.

Sadly, I can't see many great games on 360 on release. Possession interests me, but from the sounds of it, it's a load of shite.

Godless, get the Deluxe 360 pack. It's an extra £60, and gives you a backward compatability pack and Xbox Live, among other things. Which is good, because there's a few Xbox 1 games coming out before release (King Kong, Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes, Land of the Dead, Star Wars Battlefront 2)
