I got a question: Why can't sligs look up in AO and AE?

Also, how come the PC manual for abe's oddysee is black and white, while the ps1 manual is in full color? Lastly, how were the unreleased slig news videos found? Bats were removed after they proved to be very unpopular. OWI listened to feedback. That's also why QuikSave was introduced.

More developers should listen to the customers. Anyway, I just beat Oddworld Abe's Oddysee for the first time. Dang it, I was trying to get the worst ending *and* infinite grenades. I killed all of the ones I could, even in some secret areas. But it wasn't enough and I didn't get infinite grenades. The weird thing also is no credits rolled, it just transported me back to Zulag 1 with nothing...after saying I was a schmuck.

You didn't kill all that you could. Check Sinjin's guide (Google 'Sinjin Abe') for a Mudokon roll call.

Why do some people complain about the PC controls being so much worse than PS1 controls for AE and AO? I found them very easy to use and the gamespeak on the keypad very convenient. But then again, I grew up with the PC versions of the games. How do you use gamespeak on the PS1 versions?

I've never really played a PS version (just for five minutes or so, some years ago), but I find the PC controls super-easy and I don't even have a numpad.
I guess it's just what you're used to. |
