no i havent finished my game and i am far from it its just something me and Joshkrz made out of complete boredom
the story so far is--
the weirdos visit abe again while he was enjoying his vacation in necrum and once again he needs to shut down a factory(name undecided) but he finds out that the glukkons are taking notice of his actions and have employed lots of sligs.
so he goes to SligZonez a slig birthing and training complex to shut it down and get rid of the sligs to make it easier for abe to infiltrate and make it go bang

necrum is the very last place that I'd take a vacation in:p it's infested with scrabs and paramites:D
it's an okay story, but you might want to make it so that it's a little bit different then the regular story of weirdos visiting abe and telling him to blow up a factory. I like the sligzones part though:D

well, the weirdo part is actually okay how it is, but you could add in a new product that the glukkons are making, besides brew.

Abe should be in a small hamlet in Necrum right on the fringes of Mudos, he is unkown to any of the village inhabitants, one day a group of sligs come and start beating up on the muds, abe get angry and posesses them one by one making each of them comit suicide, the survivors get worried or banish abe becoz they are scared, then, as he is leaving a mud runs up to him and asks him to help him, the biggest lumberjack corp in the netire universe is coming to the hamlet, Abe embarks on his biggest trip yet, we could even see the song factory!!!

Abe never learned to swim. He was a worker in a meat factory all his life and became a hero all in one day. No time for swimming.
So lorefully, Abe should drown. But really it's up to you to decide which would provide better game-play. Whenever lore stands in your way, claim artistic license. ;)

I'd stay with a 2d game, because I like 2d oddworld better than 3d, but that's just my opinion.

Hmm it's, OK. What I would do is create rectangle and make a radial gradient, dark in the middle light on the sides, it will give the place a sort of 3D kinda look.

I NEED A VOICE ACTOR TO PLAY ABE IN MY GAME
can you do a really good abe impression well just record some sound clips and you could be in my game.
i really need someone to voice abe in my cutscenes of my game.

PS, I love the idea of the 2d platformer that tabbi puts but, are you ever gonna finish it? You wouldnt break my heart and shut down as did OWI, would you? Not to Scrabtrapman!

resue portals are now placed in levels just get a mud to follow you and get him to walk into it.at the moment all portal are open until if finish my chanting sprites and coding.
