In my opinion, in the case of rape, a penis has no more right to be inside you than a baby does, so abortion is perfectly alright. In any case where sex is intentional but a baby is not, it is not okay. You need to have SOME kind of responsibility. Some people believe abortions are perfectly fine because you "cannot kill something that has not experienced life." That is not true. Some abortions, even in the early stages of birth, fail, and the baby is born alive.

But what about if precautionary measures fail, such as a condom tear, surely you're being responsible, yet fate is handing you the shit, as in the same way as Rape. (Don't accuse me of putting those two on the same level, i am well aware of the discrepancy between the two, just stating they are out of your control)

Then is it alright to abort?
