Yes you are absolutely right. What i'm saying is that she was saying she was going out and had a boyfriend which I thought is extremely stupid seeing as they don't even know the ramifications of a date is. That's what I was getting at.

Alpha 02-26-2005 01:44 AM

A 5 year old would intend to call a girl "disgusting".

The Marching Mudokon 02-26-2005 02:29 AM

Yes that's true but maybe children are growing up faster these days with all of the TV shows and what not putting pressure on kids. I don't know, it's not like the good old days...

Alpha 02-26-2005 03:00 AM

Is that good or bad?.With smoking and getting drunk is BAD but growing up faster could this lead to super smart kid's?.

The Marching Mudokon 02-26-2005 03:10 AM

Maybe they won't be super smart kids but turn out emotionally deformed! I think we're getting ahead of ourselves here though.

TheRaisin 02-26-2005 12:08 PM

How in the world would kids growing up faster cause them to be smarter? I do not think of children growing up that quickly to be anything beneficial.

Alpha 02-26-2005 01:43 PM

A little survey:
Someone walk's up to you in school they ask you have you ever bin to book's and then they ask you are you a frigit.

The point is I know someone who'd kiss someone even if they didn't know them, or even seen them before it!. The person who is kissing the other person because they want to but the other is kissing just so they can prove that they are not a frigit, I myself would only kiss a girl if I actually liked her and she like me not a five sencond fling it's madness!.

I really didn't understand that, Alpha. Sorry.

Can I just reinforce my point that children of 5 years of age do not look at members of the opposite sex in a loving or sexual way. They do not understand dating or anything like that. They might hear people using the word "date" and use it without knowing the meaning.

I know this for a fact, I study childcare.

Leto 02-26-2005 09:40 PM

Shinjara, you are very true in the words you speak. If a small child says they are 'dating', they have been tricked by peadophiles most probably. They seem to be just going with tah flow, brah.

It is the highest form of idiocy, I tells you. Children don't know whaddafuk they are doing.

Rich 02-27-2005 12:46 AM

:

How? :p

Peadophiles are ADULTS who molester children. These 'dating' children only molester other children of that age group.

thatbluebastard 02-27-2005 03:18 AM

well, pedophilia is the incorrect term to use in a situation as extreme as that.

if it were the case, it would be nepiophilia or infantophilia.

a child that is very young could have teleiophilia, which is the opposite of pedophilia. through their short upbringing, they might be conditioned to believe that their attraction to adults is normal.

i feel incredibly bad for pedophiles. as a disorder, there is no real way to treat or cure pedophiles of their urges.

but what is society to do?

Alpha 02-27-2005 10:30 AM

"A little survey:

This makes no sense...

Alpha 02-27-2005 11:01 AM

Do-over:
"A little survey:
Someone walk's up to you in school and they ask you have you ever been to book's(a club) and then they ask you " are you a frigit"(person who has never kissed the oppisite sex) what do you do?.

Nate 02-27-2005 06:38 PM

You could say :
a) none of your business
b) Never been to book's but I fail to see why that makes me a frigit.
c) I wouldn't make out with them just to prove a point. That'd be stupid.

:

12 to 13? In the U.S. it's like fourteen to fifteen.

We don't have middle school though. It's Primary from prep or grade 1 (depending on your state, prep is an extra year before grade 1) to grade 6 and then high school from years 7 to 12.

Alpha 02-28-2005 02:27 AM

I knew that's what you'd say. Anyone round my town has a serious issue when someone tries to call em a frigit except me who say's go **** yourself.

Same with England. Making those in 'Year One' way too young to date.

TheRaisin 02-28-2005 01:07 PM

I'm a frigit. Damn.

But what's this Book's club and what does it have to do with anything?

AquaticAmbi 02-28-2005 02:00 PM

I can't believe there's an actual term for a person who has never been kissed over there. That's pretty sad. I can just imagine a bunch of 12 year olds whispering, "Oh my gosh! Did you here?! He's still a frigit!"

However, Raisin here makes it sound precious. :p

TheRaisin 02-28-2005 08:11 PM

Precious? I don't follow you. You and your Tennesee speech.

Yes, it would be sad if a bunch of twelve-year-olds did that. But I am FIFTEEN. Fifteen years old and I've never kissed a girl, Ambi. That doesn't sound even slightly odd?

Leto 02-28-2005 08:20 PM

No, not slightly odd. You seem to just be ill at ease with the opposite sex... Many people are.

Yes, Ambi, what doth you mean by 'precious'?

Facsimile 03-01-2005 12:45 AM

It's even sadder for me Raisin...

Super Munch, you say it's just about 'being good with the opposite sex' but it's not. You may not realise it but looks factor into this world a hell of a lot sadly.

Alpha 03-01-2005 09:50 AM

She means it's cute(I think) and what do you mean "It's worse for me?".

unfortunately, it's true, but not to a great extent.

in the work force and such, it is a sad state of affairs.

but in terms of relationships/friends, anybody who is that shallow[everyone is shallow, to some extent] isn't worth knowing anyways.

SeaRex 03-01-2005 01:15 PM

Wow... I guess "precious" is only a local thing...

Anyway, "precious," as I assume you all know, means "cherished or highly valued." However, here 'round these parts, "precious" has also come to mean "cute."

Ahyuck!

TheRaisin 03-01-2005 02:11 PM

Cute. Okay. Yes, that's what I thought. I still don't see how it applies to me being a frigit.

I'm not ill-at-ease with the opposite sex, per se. I just haven't much confidence . . .

AquaticAmbi 03-01-2005 03:58 PM

Oof, I feel like an ignorant hillbilly now. Anyway, I did mean "cute". Just... don't question it; I find certain qualities in people to be cute that most people would not.

Hmm, 15? That's not a terrible age to still be un-kissed at. I was only a year younger than that, meaning Lukeo was your age: 15. I'd say in most ways, the older you are, the better because you'll be more mature, and you'll be able to appreciate the moment more when it finally comes.

Leto 03-01-2005 08:28 PM

Yahuh. Confidence sure is a frickin' death trap. You have it or you don't. But then again, I'm bi, so female interaction seems alot much easier than it would for straight peepz. I am act the same around both genders, they just seem like people.

But really, confidence cannot really be obtained, more like developed over time...

I'd love to say I was a-sexual. :p
But I'll settle for celebate. At a push, I'm straight but I'm not really interested in either sex. I don't see the point of chasing after girls... or boys.

Playing live increases your confidence! Especially if you have to sing...

Alpha 03-03-2005 08:54 AM

Singing?, since when did singing increase your cofidence?, if you mean crowd confidence then yeah but I'd say the best way is to do a stand up comedy act.
