This logic is flawed. He counted pixels on armor and stated, that the volume of the pixels is the same as the one of the minecraft blocks. But it's not. The armor is totally flat, its volume equals 0

If you're really being picky the fact that you can see it defines the volume as > 0.

I didn't watch the video, but counting pixels could only realistically give surface area seeing that we don't know the thickness of the diamond sheets.

Not in the computer graphics. Flat surfaces can be seen from the front despite the fact their depth is practically nonexistent

Then real volume is 0 because they're fucking pixels.

If you're going to analyse a game like that you need to at least be prepared to compare it to things in the physical world.

You're both wrong. He calculated the volume of a cubic pixel and worked out how many cubic pixels make the armour by counting them. You can see how thick the armour is and how thick Steve is underneath, it's not difficult to do.

The armour isn't just a colour swap, it alters the geometry of the character.

It's the same people who made it.

Are you sure the armor is made of cubic pixels of the same size as the ones from the terrain?
