Ultimate Spiderman had its own canon because the Ultimate universe is separate to the main 616 Marvel continuity. If they later bring Parker back in main 616 continuity then it will be Parker in all 616 continuity including but not limited to Avengers, Fantastic Four, Daredevil, X-Men and any crisis crossovers.
