I was about to ask. I can't bear mine growing longer than 6 mils if I can help it. With what and how often do you trim it?

Dorian. She's typically extremely photogenic, but my fart caused her to burst into that almost donkey-esque uncontrollable laughter, so she looks weird.

I trim mine with a small pair of scissors I had in my medicine cabinet. I don't do regular trimming, just enough to keep the left side generally even with the right as they grow at different rates.

How come your hair is brown but your beard is reddish? What's up with that. Must be some kind of common trait I don't know about. Beards aren't real popular around here.

It's not uncommon. My head hair is brown, but my beard grows reddish. My dad also had brown hair, his beard grew pretty much blond.

I don't know, chalk it up to the Irish side of my heritage. I had reddish hair on my head until I was about five, then it went brown.

My beard also shifts is color throughout the seasons. In the summer it goes more blondish, but gets fairly dark in the winter.

This is me at a fancy-dress party last night in my James Galway costume. I spoke with an Irish accent and played my tin-whistle to be authentic. I also ska-danced. Everyone was impressed.
