Thanks for the compliment. I must admit, I love Mass Effect 2 for the story and dialogue choices more than anything. But at the same time, being able to run and gun as a Krogan/Quarian just expresses something that the singleplayer doesn't have. But then, to each their own. There is a single helicopter that you can play as. It is not a character, it's an optional vehicle with no severe bearing on the gameplay, as it has the same strengths and weaknesses adjusted as any other car in the game. Twisted Metal Black had Sweetbot (TM still does), so if you're refusing to play it because they did something different from the old TM games, which were buggy, unbalanced, ugly pieces of shit, you don't even deserve to play as a Juggalo serial killer in an Ice Cream Bus. They've cleaned up the untidy controls, streamlined the cheat-code weapons of old so that they can't be spammed to shit and back and added an excellent and varied group of vehicles to play as. But it still plays the same, it's still infinite dumb fun and it's still better than your shit. Watching Gameplay videos of the new TM (I bet you were watching the Dev team videos, which are fucking terrible because Santa Monica is a bunch of grimdark manchildren) does not translate into actually playing the new TM.

I haven't played Twisted Metal since 2000, not sure if wanna pick up this one. Not much of a racing fan.

Also, I've been playing through Rayman Origins (still). Really good game but goddamn does it get difficult later on.

I'm not dismissing the new Twisted Metal, I'm just not impressed from what I've seen so far. I haven't played it yet because I haven't had the chance but I defiantly will when I can.

Yes it does. It does that annoying thing where you get an achievement that says something like 'Old skool' or 'Golden years' or 'Classic gaymur' just for fucking playing split screen at all.

I have played DNF... and much to my surprize - it wasn't that bad. Surely not 2/10-bad. More like 6/10. A six is not a bad rating but I guess it wasn't worth the wait. There were moments I actually enjoyed the game. The ending was crap.

Well you gave an honest opinion about the game and that counts, you really seem to be the only one here who likes the game other than me, I'd give it a 6/10 too... I know there are minor glitches and bugs in the game (I've seen certain textures not load till 5 seconds every time I died or started a new game) but I still enjoyed it!

Bought the new Alan Wake on the Arcade, really fun. Has pretty much everything that I loved from the first game.

Also been playing the fuck out of that SSX demo, I love even though I'm bad.

I played a bit of Duke Nukem forever. Pretty fun game but nothing too special. Has some good comedic moments but overall not that memorable. Can't give it a rating but can say I enjoyed being tiny Duke. Voice acting was fantastic.

It's more of a drinkin' sort of game. I've found getting dudes together to toke and do some splitscreen usually ends up with a room full of non-chatty nig nogs boredly going through the motions of Halo Reach. Pick up a bottle of cheap rum and just have at 'er.

I never played any duke nukems, i have a friend though who completed doom in 14 seconds.

I've never played a Duke Nukem game either but I feel sorry for the fans who had to wait all that time for a great disappointment.

I've been playing Realm of the Mad God again after forgetting about it. I killed my level 20 Wizard fairly soon after rediscovering it. I really want to invest some money into it for another chest and character slot.

I'm currently playing a Necromancer for the first time and loving it. I keep robes in my chest because I only play robe classes, so armed with a Robe of the Invoker and a Superior Ring of Defense I set out to level a fresh character. I hit 20 in about 20 minutes after camping out the Godlands fro level 7 with a friendly wizard who gave me Necro gear as he collected it.

I think I'll go back to a wizard in my next character. I like the higher dps and scatter attack. For now, pot farming with my Necro!

I quite like the funky post-anime look. It's come full circle and started looking like 50's Western animation again.

The World Ends With You. I played it years ago and did everything so now I'm just speedrunning it. Best DS game ever so I hope there is a sequel soon for the 3DS or something. I am playing it in a newer Japanese version since the dialogue is shorter + the voices are better (if you can call any of the voice acting in it voices), and the pins/attacks are fixed.

My only gripe is that I can't skip the cutscenes unless I've already beat the game...watching Neku gripe about being dead for the 1000th time or scan Joshua forces me to mash A and tap the screen as fast as possible, although since it's Japanese it's less so. I wish RPG's now had a skip cutscene feature for "New Games". Sure I'll watch them the first time just not anymore than that really. At least the combat in the game is pretty fun and shopping *cough*.

Some of the puzzles are annoying. That's what made me stop.

I saw a trailer of Catherine and was curious to try it out, but after watching gameplay, I'm unsure if it's my type of game to be honest.
