the sketchy uninked version and the final version of a drawing always differ from each other *shrugs*

personally I like sketches and unfinnished drawings a lot in general because they have a certain soemthing that the final drawing always looses ... but I think for a comic it is better that the strips are inked in because it looks much clearer and more... (I dunno the english word maybe) ...coherent.

Sleeping Sligs? Have a screenshot or a relevant picture in front of you, and start drawing it. If you fail at first, repeat. That's all there is to it.

Patience, it takes some time to do these. Especially when you colour them! Surprise! Christmas Special, if you will, except that it's not an exclusive feature. I think I'll colour them from now on.

Actually, she asked me before she coloured those pictures with the aliens. I suggested the grey-scale colours, but the rest is done according to her work.

Yeah, I tried to give those wooden planks a bit of texture. I like the result too.

I love how the alien's just like... totally disinterested. You can imagine him watching a fly or something, totally unaware of what's going on.

You can never tell what an alien could be thinking, Splat. He might be bored, or he might be fascinated. I guess that's the flaw of using aliens with limited facial expressions in a comic...

Good strip! I'd say that it's a low price, I probably wouldn't do it for less than $200 a week, and I wouldn't say the figure was high - seeing as it is an alien - until it reached about $10,000.

This is an alien; he could have gotten away with asking for loads more!

Actually, scrap what I said in my last post. I would do it for free, but I'd ask for $100,000 a week.

I'm sure Phil will pay enough money to be able to see the alien and talk with it hahahaha :p but still 50/week is lousy! :p
