I wonder if it will be possible to pre-order, I'm out of town the day oddbox is released and knowing how steam releases games it probably won't be available for purchase until like in the middle of the day...

It will be on sale for 25% off the entire duration of the Steam sale (Dec 21 - Jan 3, skipping the first day where it's 50% off), so if you're in town at any time during the sale it'd be better to just buy it then anyway.

i have a shitty laptop whith intel's graphich card and i can not play new games on it.

I'm going to estimate you'd need the following:
At least a 1.8ghz core duo processor equivalent. (3.2ghz single core, 0.9ghz Quad)

At least a 256gb Graphics card with direct X 9 (Intel integrated will probably be do-able)
512 ram.

Put it simply:
Low end netbook: Not capable
High end netbook: Capable
Notebook >5 years old: Probably not
Notebook <5 years old: Capable
Desktop >7 years old: Probably not
Desktop <7 years old: Capable.

This is just an educated guess don't trust it 100%.

Bear in mind that they were written for Xbox hardware.

No way. 3.2 GHz is nearly X360 processor (if I remember well), and it's next gen console. Xbox wasn't so powerful.

And when I get stranger I will write drivers for wiimote right away. I can't imagine playing FPSes (?) with mouse or with controller. Pointer RLZ :D
