SW could be released as a "Games on demand" title on Xbox 360. Y'know, as a Xbox original.
|
So glad it's not going to be a PS3 exclusive. That's the only thing that bothered me. Bring on Stranger, bitches.
|
I'm guessing this means the Oddbox won't have this graphically enhanced version of Stranger? The release dates are different and this post seems like a safe bet to me:

50GB on Blu-Ray, actually.
|
For dual-layered, yes. There's a lot of variability in DVD capacities too, depending on various parameters. Doesn't change my point.
|
Oh. That was what I meant, yes. I'd forgotten 7Gb to a DVD untill I googled it today (it was more fun that homework).
That made me look a bit of a twat. |

Trust Havoc to take things that wee bit too far.

It's what I'm here for.

It often happens that they make the game so it runs well on at least 1 system before moving on to make it work on the other and thus focussing all their efforts on a single system and hardware set instead of multiple at the same time. All they said is that it is coming for the ps3 and that it will have move support. As Gilrod said to many people jumping the conclusion and "reading between damned lines". Also the news post said nothing about "Only available on ps3..." Give them some support instead of complaining. There is work being done on a oddworld game!! And I'm betting that it's also as a way for JAW to prove themselves that they are worthy to work on the franchise that we all love so much. :D |
Will this game include.
-The short stubby race that was meant to row Stranger's boat. -The Sea Rex chasing him in the Mongo River? |
I don't remember anything about Searex being in SW. He was taken out of Munch.
As for the Scuba Toads, I doubt it. Depends where they've decided to seat themselves on the remake vs console port scale. |
I think they would do better making MO remake - with Sam and rest of cutted out story.
|
I think they would do better releasing something soon that costs them a small amount of money to make, rather than take four years and ten million dollars to develop something new.
|
Awesome news! However I would liked Munch's Oddysee first.

Bollocks! I wanted it for the freakign Xbox 360 :fuzmad:

Dead Rising Case Zero was released on Games On Demand originally if I recall correctly, but then moved to the Arcade. It was also released on a Tuesday, not a Wednesday. MS usually makes case by case exceptions, Im sure you guys can get it on Live somehow.
|
How exactly are they going to implement the usage of PlayStation Move? I don't see the point of Move to be honest.
From what I've seen, it's just a load of ambiguous virtual reality. |
Not really, it's more like WiiMote.

Sadly I won't be playing this due to the price tag of a PS3.. this is rather annoying because I bought a PS2 way back when just because it was going to have Oddworld.. and we all know how that ended up.
And now I have a 360 it moves over to PS3 boo.. :( |
Stewart, congratulations on getting an announcement out at last. It must be a huge relief. Try not to get irked by fans jumping on your back. Apparently they're like hungry puppies: far too excitable, far too frenetic, and they just won't shut up with their stupid noises.
Havoc, you are a gargantuan pillock. How you claim to have even the vaguest interest or education in entertainment media while demonstrating nothing but an imbecilic failure to understand any part of it is beyond me and any rational person. An HD port of Stranger's Wrath to the PS3 is good. PlayStationless, and indeed 360less, as I am, I'm looking forward to it. Good luck, guys! :

Sorry, I confused the administrators. I'm not that familiar with you folks yet.
