Why shouldn't a pig be eaten, as opposed to a cow, or a horse?

I'm not a vegetarian, btw. I love meat, no pun intended.

because it's harmful to the body not just unhealthy, cause it takes very short time in cooking, so when we eat it it's partially raw and therefore we eat it with all the worms and bacteria and god-knows what else.
and they eat trash, i mean who would an animal like that? pigs r just disgusting...

So maybe don't eat raw meat? Learn how to properly cook something?

i was under the impression that it was due to the feed not being cooked at a high enough temperature to kill off all of the prions. if it had been cooked at a much higher temperature, the feed would have been safe for animal consumption.
