Meaningful crap.

My posts lost meaning at 1,750.

How odd, I find women far more enjoyable company than men.

Not to be cold but I would say that the reason for that is it creates more opportunities for you to see yourself as chivalrous. Just a guess.

How so?

OANST 05-01-2009 09:35 AM

How so what?

Maybe, I just find I have very little in common with most men *my age*, especially masculine ones.

Until now I'd have said it was maybe due to maturity, but what you say could be a factor.

Not as much fun as you may think. I avoid it as much as possible.

You know, It bugs me that i'm the only person that runs the c and the th together when i cay cthulhu. I mean, I had a teacher that called him 'sloosloo' once.

I have a mate who worked in a bottle shop in... not the nicest part of town. One day a mother was there with her many children and called out to one who was acting up, "Cthulhu, get over here!".

He questioned her about it. Apparently she didn't know where the name came from but thought it 'had an interesting sound'.

SligCabaret 05-01-2009 11:01 PM

Well, it definately is interesting, and children do usually smell bad, grow tentacles, and drive you insane.

I'm English and proud of it! :D

How so what?

How would it give him more opportunities to be called chivalrous?

OANST 05-02-2009 07:00 AM

Not be called. To think of himself as. WoF seems to have this idea of himself as a white knight. A chivalrous champion who, through right and honor, will take on the mantle of justice and protect the lady folk.

Yeah, you can blame too many fantasy books/games and my less than satisfactory relationship with my father for my big brother complex. But my chivalric tendancies aren't just limited to women, I tend to view anyone younger than me or who needs help this way.

I am not this.

OANST 05-02-2009 08:02 AM

Well, thank god for that.

Wings of Fire 05-02-2009 07:26 PM

They probably feel the same about you :) don't give up hope too soon.

SligCabaret 05-02-2009 07:45 PM

i really want that armor.

I really, REALLY want it.

And a sword.

My batleth will do for now.

Anonyman! 05-02-2009 08:37 PM

Jesus. Just... don't pull the 4chan card too often. Some people don't like that around here.

Then again, these people tend to have misconceptions of us channers. Can I not go to /co/ and /tg/ and quietly browse all the other forums without being a self-righteous protester or a dick to epileptics?

edit: *thinks about telling new poster about these ridiculous action asterisks.*

*Decides against it, for anonyman! doesn't care.*

SligCabaret 05-02-2009 09:00 PM

I won't. I'm just being strange today. I'm like this sometimes. Then sometimes I'm the way I was when I wrote the intro.

And I like my action asterisks. How else am I supposed to tell you what I'm not actually doing whilst sitting at my desk??

Anonyman! 05-02-2009 09:59 PM

Sure. Yeah. Anyway, trust no one.

You have a desk now? What's next, a fancy French maid's outfit?

You're just over the top.

Anonyman! 05-03-2009 06:41 PM

When Pilot says that, you know you're a freak.

They'll go great with this

SligCabaret 05-03-2009 09:35 PM

No, I don' have a french maid outfit. I only have fishnet tights I don't wear because they make me look like goo squeezed through a net.

Oh, and I'm saving up for a corset. Mostly because I have posture issues, not for the nice looking part.

Strike Witch 05-04-2009 01:36 AM

You make ME look normal.

Do you know how hard that is?

Seriously.

OANST 05-04-2009 07:30 AM

Seriously. Her weeaboo tendencies are legendary.
