No, no. You misunderstand me. I didn't use the right words, and thus changed what I meant. Time sort of exists. As Munch's Master said, "the passage of time has to exist"...in some way or form.

All I meant to say is that you can't have something, anything, travel back or forward in time. There are many reason to support this, but I don't really want to list them (especially when that is not the point of this topic). In order to "travel" through time, you would have to go to another dimension, or "set" the entire universe to what it was or is going to be.

So instead of jabbing at me for my whole "time is relative and sort of exists" thing, you should be jabbing at me for how impossible my wanted super power is.

For reference, we did this here fairly recently.

If I could have any superpower I'd stop this annoying rain that started one month ago and doesn't seem to stop.

Time travel is an eternal yet fun debate. I for one believe that you could only ever travel back in time as an observer, and not truly be able to interfere or even be seen. As for travelling forwards, well, that's easy. You're affecting the future so just set the univrse's future course down a different route, you don't cross out or redraw the old route of history. So in conclusion, I believe forwards time travel is fully plausible, and that you can then go back to the moment you left (but no sooner). As for backwards time travel, I believe that is purely possible as an observation type thing.

Are you a Pratchett fan?

If not go and read Thief of Time and Night Watch now!

Yes. I adore Pratchett. I have read 24 of his books (not neccessarily in order, but I have read them in order by character), and I am currently midway through The Last Continent.
Not read Thief of Time but I've read Night Watch, it is superb even if it is slightly open to debate.

But any way, less time travel and book talk, MOAR SUPA POWAZ!

The more you talk about time, the more I want to get involved. I. Must. Not. God. Dammit! *nosebleed*
