I don't think these votes should be taken into acount, it's not the time of year, it's not our natural creator. Lets just wait for Wolfpac to return, then we can get erections and wet vaginas on this silly thing.

I agree and assent. This feels rather rushed and unofficial.

mitsur 01-19-2006 04:59 PM

Ok then, why are we voting? I could push back the date, you know, if its that bad.

*sighs* Can't I do anything right?

(Being sarcastic here for the people who don't know)

Cullen Heath 01-19-2006 05:23 PM

I think that we should keep the votes how they are, but whom ever normally hosts this should (No offense, Mitsur.).
I think that we should keep the votes going until the regular person comes.

mitsur 01-19-2006 05:35 PM

Ooook.

Will Wolfpac have to read the votes then?

Xavier 01-20-2006 03:46 AM

just out of curiosity... who is actually holding those awards and when will they be closed?

OANST 01-20-2006 05:42 AM

I know everyone wants Wolfpac to do it. I would love to have him do it as well, since he was the one who started it. But he isn't here. We have no idea if he is coming back and it is the right time of the year. We've lost a lot of members in the past year and we can't just sit around wishing they hadn't left. We have to move on with this stuff. Mitsur will do a great job. Let's make the deadline next friday so everyone can get a chance to vote.

I'll imagine Wolfpac being quite annoyed if he comes back next month to do this, just to find its been done by someone else.

I don't think Wolpac cares that much about creating an award thread and organising it, otherwise he should of posted it by now since it's the beggining of the year. Even if he forgot to do so.

I don't mean to spit on Mitsur's work, but I do think Wolfpac would do better with this kind of stuff.

Rex Tirano 01-20-2006 10:35 AM

My only thing against Mitsur making it, is that fact that I still see him as a newbie [as it's been such a long time since you were last here]. It's just weird that a newbie is hosting the forum awards, seen as you don't really know the people here.

I wouldn't have a problem with Wolfpac not hosting them as I can't see Wolfpac returning in the foreseeable future.

Accept this year's award ceremony and next year's will come as even more of a treat. :) That's what I tell myself every single Christmas. :) Truth be told, I'm not bothered much. There's only one award I can look forward to. Hey - let's make things interesting and see who would win that award if withdraw from that catagory. :D

mitsur 01-20-2006 03:01 PM

Yeah, I guess so, Rexy.

So many people want Wolfpac to do it, thats fine with me. I guess just to keep voting until he shows up.

I hearby withdraw as the forum awards host/vote counter until someone is needed!

Now now, it's one thing to get legitimately voted for, but it's another thing when you get the sympathy vote.

If I remember correctly, Wolfpac returned breifly just for the awards last year, then left. Perhaps the same this year?

Oh yes, it was around March. I didn't search, you didn't see me do it.
