Or maybe Tomb Raider has all the continuity of Russia's department of historical records.

Disgruntled Intern 02-02-2010 04:33 PM

Borderlands. I like it. Brick is fun.

T-nex 02-02-2010 04:59 PM

Been playing Dragon Age Origins for the last couple of days (finally). It's actually really fun :D ... So sometimes the battles can be really drawn out.

I think my character is falling in love with Alistair :p I'm flirting with him like crazy. Who knows.. Maybe I wont even need Chris anymore.

Hobo 02-02-2010 05:15 PM

Assassins Creed 2. Kick ass.

Just finished Freedom Force aswell, so started on the Nazibashing sequel. Sick.

Phylum 02-02-2010 07:05 PM

Dragon Quest VIII

Really good. I've only played for 3 hours, but I love it.

dripik 02-03-2010 07:05 AM

Various things now: tried Psychonauts, it's fun, currently in the mind of the security guard; Patrician 3, for some slow trading-town-improving gaming; MoH:Airborne for some intense and less-realistic WW feeling (where else do you get weapon upgrades after kills during a firefight?)

DA:Origins was fun, but during the "zombie attack on castle, help us please" part ('twas long ago, can't remember names), I just couldn't cope with the zombies. They killed most of my crew, and I ended up running back to the hilltop, where the more capable NPC fighters were, they took care of them. But still, this didn't solve the whole issue.

I thought it was the most boring quest of them all.. I was so ready to just throw everything out the window <.<
There was even one part(in the courtyard) where I was swarmed with zombies, and despite trying to use different strategies, I kept dying... I gave up and put the game on easy for that part, only to find out afterwards that I could have just opened the gate and have lotsa help from that guy and his soldiers. Bummer <.<

On another note, things are going really well between me and Alistair :) ... although I'm sad that I pissed him off when I sacrificed Conners mom :(

Crashpunk 02-04-2010 10:53 AM

I'm playing TF2 and Garry's mod.

I'm saving up for a Gaming Laptop, PS3 and Call Of duty MW2

Josh 02-04-2010 10:53 AM

I have only just added the Witch to my party, how big is Dragon Age?

LIES.

MeechMunchie 02-04-2010 01:36 PM

I'm not real either.

This is a bad idea. I suggest you don't.

The battle for Westnoth, on Linux with my sister. It reminds me of the good old days of Age of Wonders

Don't get MW2 on a PC. pro tip.

Grieva 02-05-2010 04:55 AM

I maybe totally off here, but I thought MW2 for the pc was just a port of the console versions with the addition of mouse support

If I remember right, the servers are REALLY bad on PC, or something.

I tried the Chime Demo. It's...well, I don't even fucking know. They don't explain how you're supposed to do anything apart from make 'quads'.

It's neat, and fun to watch, but I have no idea what I'm doing.

i just played and completed Windosill in around 30 minutes, that's how short a game it is. but they were quite possibly the happiest minutes i've ever spent on a game. its great, and very cheap on Steam. it'd be decent if they made more levels for it as a sort of add-on for the original; its one of those games where the levels could never end.

i'm not saying anything more on it because i don't want to ruin anyone's experience.

next to get is Full Pipe.

Nate 02-07-2010 05:06 PM

Agreed. I loved Windowsill.

I started replaying Braid yesterday. I was fine for the first two worlds, until I got to the first puzzle where you have to be really, really precise with your timing. Then I got frustrated and gave up.

Bought LittleBigPlanet yesterday and am enjoying it immensely.

I'm playing audiosurf. Well not really playing it, I'm just using it to listen to music while looking at the trippy colours and patterns. All I play is mono because I find the other characters too challenging...

Nope. Lots of multiplayer issues.

Crashpunk 02-08-2010 02:08 PM

it's also apparently been hacked a lot and has never been patched so it's glitches up

anyway I was thinking getting MW2 for PS3 and I'm having serious doubts about a gaming laptop. For starters for half decent one it's like over £500 and my home computer is good enough.

OANST 02-08-2010 03:00 PM

I'm playing Mass Effect 2. I transferred my 48 hour save file from the first to the second. I let that obnoxious Williams die at the end of the first. Thank god. I hated her.

Daxter King 02-08-2010 04:45 PM

Sega All Stars Racing Demo. As much as it shamelessly rips from Mario kart, its still fun.

She isn't THAT bad. Once you get past all the racism...

How far have you got in ME2?

I don't have to get past anything. I let her die.

I just recruited Jack. I'm nine and a half hours in, and I've just recruited my third person. I have a loooooong ways to go.

I got to the Citadel in the first game, then sold it. I'm guessing this was a mistake since everyone I know jizzes themselves over it.

Hazel-Rah 02-12-2010 02:30 PM

I played the Heavy Rain demo, it's interesting but way too buggy! Also Dead Space which is awesome.

Daxter King 02-12-2010 06:34 PM

I finally stole rented Mass Effect 2. Playing as a Soldier to get used to the controls right now, only a few hours in. Though, I've already discovered combat is my least favorite aspect of the Mass Effect series. Its fun, but I enjoy the talking much more. If Mass Effect 3 has no combat, Id be just fine with that.
