I have fond memories of giggling while singing Sleepers Wake in choir at school.

Here's a band from my area. Well, sort of. Toronto. Close enough.

Been listening to Incubus this morning. The musicianship alone is enough to keep me interested.
Especially the bassist. Funky stuff.

Incubus is shit. But don't worry, it's easy to be fooled when you first start listening.

I've heard their later albums are a lot better, and different. I dunno, I like funky metal kinda stuff, like early RHCP, Mr. Bungle, Rage Against the Machine, etc.

I wouldn't expect you to like it though.

I like all the bands you just mentioned. Incubus is still shit.

And no, their albums get progressively worse.

I've been listening to a lot of death metal and Mountain Goats lately, so I'll post this song:

New Kavinsky song. It's solid but sort of boring to be honest, I don't like how the guy is eternally stuck with his fantasy of a 80's chase scene or whatever, he should do something different already.

I love The Mountain Goats. Love, love, love.

I've been listening to their album All Hail West Texas and it's pretty great so far. I love how raw and emotional it is. Lyrics are nice as well.

I would like to dedicate this to Lorne Lanning.

I saw you added him on Facebook. Should I anticipate some major trolling in the future?

I did that so that I could link a massive diatribe about what a tool he is to him, but by the time he accepted I had calmed down. So, now I will leave him there for the next time he irritates me.

That shouldn't take too long. Some of the bullshit he posts is confounding.



I got this album for Christmas. It's great.

I also got Age of Adz but I haven't listened to it yet.
