I thought they were using 3D monitors or something (newish tech which came out last year), so that the audience would see the 3D effects no matter where they were sitting when watching it live?
I was under the impression that they had the camera move during filming of the performance as a way of showing the 3D effect in what would otherwise be a static and less impressive video for broadcasting on 2D screens. If you get what I mean. |
Glasses-free 3D monitors only have a limited range of viewing. And similar to 3D monitors that need glasses, they're still only stereoscoping images. I.e. only two images (one for each eye) are displayed on the screen - not a full range of angles depending on where you're sitting.

This I like |
This was very good despite being new Simpsons
|
That was good. Will probably be the best part of that episode, though.
|
Heh, new Simpsons with a subtle hint of its old style of humour... Shame Mr. Bungle is probably right.

Speaking of robots: |
The real trick is going to be combining all these robot breakthroughs into a single form.

Why did they build a weird, four-legged Houndeye from Half Life
|
They need to make P-Body next.
|
Bear with me, I can't quite remember whether I posted these or not.

Is this an automated response, or is the Facebook staff really that thick? We had to inundate them with reports before they got their shit together. |

How would you fuck a talking dragon in the first place?
|
I thought it was Prisoner Zero.
And, to answer your question, I would not accept an offer of oral sex. |

Sounds like my kind of book.
I didn't know where the fuck to post this but aaaa excited |
It's not actually a book. Try to pull it out and a trapdoor opens underneath your feet. Who knows where it might lead?
