You guys may not remember, but I posted the Baby Lovely Bloodflow video on here a few years ago. I really liked that song.

You should listen to the rest of Cerulean, then. I don't think that's even the best song on the album.

Animals as leaders are good musicians but their music gets really repetetive really fast.

This is my major work for Composition this year. I've been working on it for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I would post the live recording, but it sounds awful because of how we did it.

I think I've already heard it somewhere...but can't pinpoint it...Anyway, very good piece. Just one thing, around the 2 mins. mark, the volume of the flute seems to be up and down. Was that on purpose?

Merry December indeed. I've been listening to some Sufjan recently, his album Seven Swans in particular. It's a lot more stripped down and folky than Illinois and feels a lot less bombastic. Still, Sufjan is a fantastic songwriter, and it really shows on some of these songs:

He certainly is a fantastic writer, and there is some beautiful stuff on Silver and Gold so far. The only other album I have of his is Illonoise. I really need to find money to get some more.

I had a huge conversation with my friend about how beautiful The Predatory Wasp of the Palisades Is Out to Get Us! is on Monday. I keep getting urges to listen to it ever since then. It's so pretty.
