I've never played it - is it good?

My mom made me sit through Doubt.
It was meh. |
I like the Dynasty Warriors / Sengoku story. It has heroes, villains, epic fights, hot chicks, etc.
(I'll try and cut down on how many times I reply to the same topic in future) |
You post too much.
|
Entirely.

I saw The Boat that Rocked, a film about a pirate radio station broadcast from a boat anchored in the North Sea in 1966. Historically inaccurate, but epically enjoyable.
|
My dad saw an advanced preview of that BM. He said it was the biggest piece of crap he's seen in years. But the reviews seem to disagree with that. Is it just a straight forward comedy?
|
The reviews here seem to be agreeing with your dad, Hobo. Perhaps british reviewers feel they need to support their local industry by lying?
|
I have just finished watching Nuts in May. It was hilarious, if you ever get the opportunity to watch it, I'd recommend it.
|
Saw Run Fatboy Run on Friday
Saw Aliens Yesterday Both good movies. |
I watched 300. Again. Certainly intriguing movie, with yelling, and fighting, but with good effects.
Then I watched School For Scoundrels which made me laugh. "Give that man his shoes back before I beat the black off you!" Lol. |
Oh woohoo, ABC2 is playing Code Geass.
This was Gundam 00's counterpart? what a trainwreck. Honestly, Clamp designs either work or they don't. Here, they do not. |
I really enjoyed 300, although I seem to be one of the only ones! :D
I enjoyed watching Trainspotting and Meet the Fockers recently. |
I actually watched 300 for the first time on Saturday and as usual found myself cursing historical inaccuracies and lamenting over how ugly my favourite Scottish actor looked in it :(.
The painted on abs and copious amounts of violence did nothing for me but I'd imagine they aroused my friend quite a bit ^^. |

I saw Rush Hour last night on Five, it was laugh out loud funny!

I'd have said the same thing if he was female, I was being suggestive, not making a statement.

Thanks for sharing, Strike Wi...er, I mean Wings of Fire.

Oh come on guys, I didn't get this custom title for being a prude now did I?

Also; WoF == Male Ghost now. At least he's not posting fucking anime blogs. |

Also: DAYYYYYYYYUM at Dennis' wife in the movie. |

I was just saying that because you've been squirting the innuendo all over the forum's collective face and I was getting kind of tired of it. I'm better now. It was a mood that has passed. |
I've just seen The Boat that Rocked. It was very entertaining and worth the 2+ hours. I do indeed miss the English accent very much.

I just finished watching my old VHS copy of Brassed Off. Hilarious stuff.
|
Freaks and Geeks. Fucking classic.

Not for a while I'm afraid! :( I want to establish a career here (2-3 years) before I move back to London. That way I can move straight into a good position.

Watching a few episodes of Courage the Cowardly dog before settling down to watch Whispers of the Heart later, I can't imagine how I survived this music without wetting myself when I was younger. What a fucking awesome cartoon.
/Nostalgia. |
Agreesies.
|
I watched the entire 4th season of the American iteration of The Office with my mom and sister.
Good show. |
East is East is quite an interesting film. I saw a lot of familiar actors while watching it. I'm hoping to watch Wanted or something else tonight.
|
I have just had a Rocko's Modern Life "marathon", and I'm knackered. I forgot how good it was. I think tonight, it'll be Ren and Stimpy.

I'm hardly going to buy a film that I already have, am I? I shall move on when I am ready.
|
Oh, and I watched Fargo the other day.
|
Mmmmm, Fargo.
I watched a majority of Bender's Game, and I too am disappointed. I could tell Seth Macfarlane had worked on it and it took out most of the flare of Futurama. |
Everything he touches now turns to shit. What the hell happened?
