I going off Assassins Creed because nothing changing. It's the same a part from the story. There is no replay value. There is online but that's going to be the same. And I feel the online in AC Botherhood was just a add-on like Dead Space 2 online was. I hope it does change in AC R. Rigth now I am mixed feelings for the Assassins Creed series. I love it but sometimes hate it.

Next year I be getting Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City. I hope that's good to. :D

I booted up Super Meat Boy today and I'm really enjoying it. Even though it says that the controls are better on a gamepad, to me, the keyboard felt really good too. I'm now at the first boss (Slugger). I love the warp worlds too.

Yes yes, I know it's going to get 100x harder and much more frustrating, but so far, it hasn't frustrated me at all. I keep dying a lot but usually I still manage to get through the levels.

I actually kept anticipating a big spike in difficulty, but it never came. It gets harder, sure, but the difficulty curve is so gradual that you don't notice until you go back to a level you were stuck on before.

You get better at much the same rate as the game gets harder, you could say.

Two days ago my Online was shut down by BT because 'Something went wrong' so I had no online but yet I had Mirror's Edge to play. I have all the story trophies so I didn't need to play online.

Edge magazine really layed into it. Laggy gameplay, LONG LONG LONG loading times before matches, both offline and online. Boring plot, etc.

Acquired Formula 1 2011 and I tell you what. That game is shit hard to play, I mean, whoa, turn braking assist off and you'll be hugging the barriers at every turn. Still fun though.

My biggest peeve about it so far is its whimsical views as to what justifies a cut corner. Sometimes it's okay with it, sometimes it disregards a shockingly good run because my ear lobe may have strayed over the corner markers.

Oh please, I'm sure it would be cake for me, I play Forza 4 with all the assists off and Manual W/ Clutch :p

I didn't like F1 2010 so I haven't even looked at this year's game.

Edge is a PS3 magazine isn't it? I found no programs with lag on the Xbox version but on the PS3 version I found the frame rate constantly lagging.

Same goes for WRC 2, The Xbox version is fine but the PS3 version seems to have issues with the frame rate.

Formula 1 is a bit hard because of the rules. (Keep getting Black flags) But now am in 1st place on the leaderboards. But I still get flags!

That's why am into WRC more. Getting WRC 2 for the PS3 soon! :D

Unless the PS3 version is your only option, I suggest that you DO NOT get WRC2 for the PS3. The PS3 version sucks.

Did you by any chance play WRC 2010?

For some odd reason tonight I started to play 2010 and goodness me the cars are a lot more difficult to drive than I remember! They really did improve the physics a lot in WRC2 which makes it a better game. WRC2 far exceeds 2010 and whilst the graphics have been improved a lot the display filter they stuck on really annoys me, it just makes everything look murky and depressing and the only way to remove the filter is when your taking a photograph. I just wish I could remove the filter but it's no surprise that there is no option to turn it off since it turns everything black and white after a heavy crash or when using rewind mode.

I also think that the camera is zoomed to far in on the cockpit camera. You can't even see the rev counter on any car apart from the Lancia Delta S4 and the Toyota Celica 4WD 92.

I loved WRC 2010. But dear god it was so long! I hope everything in the 2rd one even better but what you've said has put me off. That filter sounds like a pain in the ass. But YESSSSSS there put the mini in the game. :D

Yeah I got it on the 360, I don't have the PS3 version, but I have played it and it does suck, I found that the PS3 version had constant issues with the frame rate.

If you loved 2010 then you will love 2 because as I said it is a far better game.

Bit of advice: When it comes to the Mini's. The Mini World Rally Team is the one to go for. The one's used by Brazil World Rally Team and Motorsport Italia are slower than what Mini WRT uses. So stick with Dani Sordo or Kris Meeke.

Also, when you start the game, go to single stage, and on the car category screen. I suggest you take a look at WRC Safari, there are some real gems in there ;)

I'm also happy that in this year's game that the Group B cars come with the game unlike last years where it was DLC you had to pay for (Unless you had the PC version in which they were free)

Apart from the display filter, my only complaint is that you can only use the R2, WRC 08-10 and Debut Cars in "The Road To The WRC". For some strange reason, you cannot use them anywhere else.

WRC Safari sounds great! I don't think I got the DLC last year so that a plus. And I think you could not use WRC 08-10 and Debut Cars in 2010 anyway but that's fine with me.

Also are the maps new because I was worry there would use the same maps in the 1st WRC. :fuzsad: But I don't think it is...

There are some new rallies, some from 2010, and some removed.

Sadly Japan was removed and that was my favourite rally but yesterday the Tokyo Urban Stage DLC was released but it's just urban street racing :(

Of course you could use the WRC 08 - 10 in 2010 because they were the WRC cars. The Debut Cars were found in JWRC but of course thats been replaced by WRC FIA Academy now which is completely boring!

But Japan always been in every WRC game so why the hell did there remove it? And Tokyo Urban Stage not even in the dam WRC at all. lol

I only did the WRC FIA Academy for the trophies. :D I don't know why there had to replace EVERYTHING! :fuzmad: As long as the games good and I enjoy then I don't mind.

Anyway, I've been playing more of Ocarina of Time. (I said I won't post anything about Zelda again :/ oh well.) I'm now In the Shadow Temple. Its really freaky.

I've also been playing Chrono Trigger on an SNES Emulator. My mate said I should give it a play because Its really good, He wasn't kidding. The gameplay is really fun and easy to get used to. I'm really enjoying it. Oh and I've also been playing Team Fortress 2 because thats what I do :)

Be sure to get the DS version if you can. I found it to be better than the SNES release because it's more polished, and there's some extra content as well as the touch screen which always makes things better. :D

Apparently, they also made an iOS version of it just a week or two ago. It's only like 5€ in the Appstore, pretty good price for it.

I got a PS3 essentially just to play SWHD, but I picked up NBA Jam, MGS4 and God of War 3 while I was at it.

GoW 3 is dumb. It's the dumbest thing that I've ever seen. It has the dumbest writing of all time. It's fun to a point, but that point is also dumb. MGS4 is literally a movie and NBA Jam is a whole lot of fun. Boomshackalaka!

I always looked forward to 2 and 3, but I never played them twice. They have no replay value whatsoever.

Nimbus. the graphics were so jolly that I was expecting an easy ride, yet I ended up with something not entirely dissimilar to Super Meat Boy, with a partiality to spiked surfaces pretty much everywhere.

You play a broken spaceship that is, for all intents and purposes, a glider, making it essentially "Preservation of Momentum: The Game". You have no way to move upwards on your own. If there's no form of power to take you there, you have to find another, slightly higher point in the level just so you can ride down and use the force to curl back up again.

Most of the game involves pinging your little bullet-like craft across bounce pads, but it does have some levels that are more like a puzzle platformer with an added skill-based element.

Also, it's really fucking hard. But pleasing to play. *Boing* *Boing* *Boing*

I booted up Rayman Origins and goddamn I am loving the hell out of this game! It's fun. Pure platforming fun. I like the art style a lot too. The soundtrack is... different, that's for certain. I don't dislike it, but it's really weird. It's alright though.

I'm now up to the second world, Desert of Dijeridoos (Or something similar to that). It's actually pretty hard, but fun as hell. Even my mum wanted to play a few levels with me. Despite the continuous failing, we both had fun. It's just fun!

The soundtrack is brilliantly put together, but some tracks took a few listens to really appreciate. The Shooter level theme with the kazoo is off-putting at first, but absolutely perfect for the context. Food World has some of my favourite tracks, but I absolutely love the Glouglous of the Ocean world.

Yeah, the soundtrack isn't bad by no means, it's just a bit bizarre. Also, there are quite a lot of character skins in the game, that's neat. I now have about 40 Electoons and I'm playing as Teensy Globox. :p

Most of the skins are for the teensies. I have 2 skins left to unlock and I only have 2 different skins for Rayman and Globox. Luckily the next skin if for Rayman.

Doesn't bother me much, if I want to play as Rayman, I play as the original. Teensies on the other hand could wear anything.

Just got WRC 2! ;D

I just got Mario kart 7, I've played on it for about half-and hour and it is fantastic. The graphics are great, The 3D effects are very good and the new tracks so far are pretty nice,

Only 3 little nit picks which I have is that Wario isn't a standerd character so I have to unlock him :(, Waluigi isn't in the game at all and the Queen bee from Mario Galaxy a character! WHY!

I'll be playing on Rock Band 3 with a keyboard accessory soon :)

Update: Got my keyboard controller now. My bad.
