i mean those are drawn in anime style , i never mentioned they are from a particular anime show , i don't even know where they are from.

I thought that perhaps it was because the first was taken from an animated show, in which each individual frame must have a lesser production value by necessity, whereas the other two are stand alone images and thus do not share this problem. Not necessarily fan art, but then I do lack the ability to discern it.

anime isn't a style, it's a catch-all term for animated shows produced in Japan. Those two pictures are either from glossy manga or VN promo art or screencaps, or fanart originals.
