Your left (our right) eyeball is incredibly dilated. The other one doesn't appear to have any pupil at all. Creepy.

That would be a mild red eye effect, due to the camera flash.
Also, the dilation is due to the bright camera flash too. My eyes expand and contract at the speed of light or something.

As for the red eye, thats awesome. I wish my eyes were like that. xD
