The reason America is viewed as an ignorant place will have to be the fault of the politics of our country and the corporations who run our government and corrupt everything and that are ignorant democratic party which is runned by scoundrals such as, Hilary Clinton, Al Gore, Dennis Krisinich, and many many more give us a bad name across the world. The true America that all of you don't see are the people the citizens whome help each other out during times of disaster and hard times. Let's face it......even America's allies do not particularly like America. When it falls a little, they get a little grin on their faces. Why? It's just like the jock in high school. He is mr. perfect and everyone hopes to see him fall on his face and laugh at him.

THis country creates big shot business men, where you can succeed honestly, but you can also suceed very much so if you are not scrupulous and have no ethics. Just look at Rupert Murdoch. But the majority of Americans are not rich. The rich Americans are the notorious ones. I'm not rich! hell no I'm not rich!

But "America" could be any country. each country has the corruption and cover ups, not jsut America. Look at this heat wave in Europe. How many people are dying? 3,000 deaths reported! That is crazy! And the government of a country like France had once said that only 25 deaths were reported, but never said anything about the 3,000 that were not. Why did the government allow so many people to die? Most of the deaths were the elderly, but still.....3,000 dead? It's like a plague!

Before America it was Britain.....Spain......many controlling nations and empires. Each country has it's problems, and so forth. In a true democracy, the country is only as good as YOU want to make it. YOU the people. Each individual has their own needs, and an opinion to be voiced.
