I laugh at how long this topic has lasted, it is quite disappointing.

This probably should have been moved to Forum Suggestion and feedback a long time ago. It probably would fit better there if people wish to argue further.

And once again Welcome to the forums Fourth Concept, enjoy your stay.

Thats an idea. Allow us to completely delete whole posts, rather than just edit them. But we shouldn't let people delete whole threads, that would just supress opinion, which we don't want on a discussion forum.

Personally I think that my idea of an arguments forum is quite a good idea. A forum without a flaming section is like a house without a toilet. Nobody likes the things that happen in a toilet, but they do, and have to be accounted for.

This would also mean that there would be less arguments in places where they are not supposed to be. Once again, in a house without a toilet, there's gunna be shit were you don't want it. ;)

The argument forum would be good, but most people who don't like to argue but will if their views are challenged would not venture onto it...which is a shame...as that means people like me, DI, Fax and others will be left alone argueing amongst ourselves...

Your right, there are probably lots of people who wouldn't like to contribute to an argument section, even when challenged. But still, an argument forum would make the places that are supposed to be argument free alot more... argument free!
I can just imagine Jacob and Co. at a LAN party just sitting in the arguments forum having a party of it!
