Nobody have words to describe the horror and the sadness of this moments.I only can say that I want to be united to the pain of the people of USA in these dark moments, and express you my enormous sadness, my sorrow for the vile murder of so many innocents.

First: I`M REALLY PISSED OFF OF ALL THIS SHIT! :mad: Just because it´s the us it´s on every channel. IT was on every channel here in Germany! Everywhere! ON Tv or the radio, in newspapers, everyone talked about it ... IT WAS EVERYWHERE! There IS War at the moment. But who cares about those victims??? NOBODY! At 10 o´clock there was a minute for thinking of this think in the us. Everywhere are flags, etc. That´s really excessively! If the us do this but if we. That´s so silly!  And most people here are just thinking of here could start a war either. That´s so arrogant. Ok But it was really evil. I know. sorry but I believe that is a hoax. during times of crisis people tend to have an overactive imagination and they see what they want to see. And with the image altering technology we have now...it is easy for someone to alter that scene to make something that looks somewhat like a demon to something that definately looks a demon.
remember that one pic Oddbodd posted a while back? He said when turned sideways the clouds looked like the devil. Well both before and after turning it sideways...i only saw a dragon....(this is not a slam against you Oddbodd...i am just stating an example) |

Well it was in the paper and I could see it and I could also see it when I paused it from CNN.com. But your right on one thing, people mind can see things. We see something familar and think it something it not. So whatever it is, it's there. But mark my words, this picture is not a Hoax. It was in the New Your Times, along with many other worldwide newspapers. So are you saying that this Video was docked Live just for a Hoax. I say it real and I've seen it from too many sources not to belive it was a Hoax.

In the area where I live, there is lots of graffitti saying 'Kill bin Laden!'. These terrorist attacks were meant to make us panic and drive ourselves apart with fear. I believe that's what we did for the first few hours after the tragedy occured, but now we are not dividing. We are uniting against our common enemy. It wasn't just Americans who were among the dead. There were over 500 Britons in the towers when they collapsed, so that gives Britain another reason to mourn, besides the fact that the USA is one of the noble allies of ours.
I have cried more about this in the past few days than I had during the past few months before that. Those Palestinian children celebrating in the streets are going to grow up thinking it is acceptable to kill people who are different from you. Killing is the answer to nothing. It saddens me when people think it is, and it makes me weep when they kill thousands as a result. Britain is with you all the way, America. Unfortunatly, the blood center doesn't let you give blood untill your 18. I just heard on the news that President Bush is going to release a document of war. I hope it doesn't go through, unfortunatly you can't control what others do. I was listing to this one radio show in the car and the guy was saying to blow up all the Pakastinies (is that spelled right?). I don't think it's right to blow up innocent people. They should find the guy that was behind it and kill him, not people that didn't do anything. |

They showed the twin towers crumbling into ash again and again, they talked about it all the days. I'm so sad about this :( :( that's so terrible what they've done with the humans in NY! That was inhuman.

I originally thought it was a doctored photo too... but then I saw our newspaper from 2 days before I saw that image Wolfpac linked too, and you can see that there too (it's just you never notice it before). A major newspaper would not doctor a photo... and it is a photo that all the major newspapers from around the world used. And if it came from CNN "live" footage there would be no time to do so. I can't see a major and respected channel like CNN doctoring at any time.
The other night I was listening to talkback radio, and an elderly man rang in needing someone to talk too as all his family weren't nearby. He thinks he has lost his daughter and son-in-law as they were in the area and he hasn't heard about them. Unfortunately the talk-back hosts didn't handle the call too well as they probably didn't know what to say to the man. But I realized that I was crying when he was speaking, I felt great sorrow hearing the man, he was brave enough to get on radio to say that, but you could tell how much it was hurting him inside. I think this incident has made many people cry when they don't usually. That's not the only time I have cried since this. I'm not usually that emotional in RL situations, but with this I am. My thoughts are often on the incident and the people who lost their lives. It hits me close to home cause I have been to the US, but also since it could have happened to any of our countries. One thing is that this has united the world, many countries and races have forgotten differences, and all want to help America in seeing justice done. Our prime minister in Australia activated part of the ANZUS treaty which states and attack on America is an attack on Australia and we are there to help in any way. I went to a football match today and they had a minutes silence as tribute. And some rude people yelled out shouts of their team, and someone even yelled out to hurry up. That really discusted me... are some people so disrespectful that they can't even put aside one minute of their lives to remain quiet and reflect on what happened. Even if they didn't reflect, they could at least have respect for what the silence is meant to be for. I really get annoyed at people who are like that. It's kinda like you never look at the world the same since this... it will take so long to get over, if fully, ever. Abe Babe... |

umm... i'm afraid i'll have to disagree with you there, middlesboogie. i for one hope that britain doesn't join america's war. this is america's conflict, they're the ones who have been exploiting third world countries for decades, and they're the ones who have been virtually at war with the palestinians [through the israelites] for the best part of the century.
if america does go to war, the worst thing we could do is join them. we would make barely a difference to their military strength, and we would be helping to turn this conflict into a World War. i sympathise for those who died, of course, but i have no desire to cause more deaths by helping to bring about a nuclear war... |

A couple of people mentioned this earlier on in the thread: there were eight planes.
I remember watching CNN and reports were made that four more planes were unaccounted for. A live feed of a press conference with a head honcho of US Security made me quite suspicious as to whether or not the US was being honest with the details of the attack. The official confirmed that along with the Trade Center buildings, Camp David, and the Pentagon, Airforce One was also a target. By this time, reports on eight planes had completely ceased; almost as though the initial reports were never made. During the press conference, a reporter asked something along the lines of: "Using deductive reasoning, one would be lead to believe there was a fifth plane involved in the attack." The official wiped a sweaty brow, and with a quivering voice, replied with: "I'm sorry-- A... a fifth plane?" I may be just paranoid, but does anyone know of any clarifications being made concerning the reports of eight planes involved in the attack? Perhaps the four additional planes were shot down and the US Government are waiting for things to cool down before announcing it? I'm not sure. Oh, and concerning the Nostradamus quote that has been hovering around the interenet: I don't believe in it; I was just playing the devil's advocate. |

On the Panel last night, it said that if an Areoplane hit a builing in Australia, that chances are it wouldn't have fallen over. Why, because in Australia, they don't make the majority of the building out of steel, but concrete. And because concrete can withstand fire more than steel, it wouldn't melt. And if this did happen on a cement building, the plane wouldn't of went into the building but more smashed against it.
And why didn't they use cement in the WTC and other buildings??? Because the Mafia owned the concrete business and it was really expensive to buy. So they used steel because it was cheeper |
