I'm gonna assume that by "shield" you meant "sign." Because I've drawn a sign.

Make the hats on the tentacles red. Scarlet red, if you prefer.

Draw arms for the orange, beardy tentacle in a way so it's spinning the OWF sign above its head.

Draw giant MeechMunchie behind the mountains looking at your creation in great disturbance.

Give the creature affluent eyelashes. Sexy and cat-like, but not too over the top. Also, a little beauty spot above it's lip.

Give it a lip piercing.

Make the sky blue and the mountains orange (Just colour it in a bit)

Everything needs to be contained within the original square, but this image is pretty close to being finished so if you've got any big suggestions then save them for the next phase since we'll be starting with a blank canvas.
