I crafted them because there isn't anyway I'll win the compatition. Plus a chance to get free games :)
I love Magika but it sadly doesn't run on my PC :( |
Meh I should have crafted them. Didn't get shit for them :(
|
Ah, well. It's a lottery, after all. There's always the Summer Sale.
|
For some reason I expected them to be quite generous with the lottery, as in the chances being quite high. How many prizes were given away anyway?
|
This guy won the grand prize. "Show all 2,203 games". Jesus.

What was the grand prize?
|
How about the 2000+ games on his library?
|
Seriously they gave away 2000+ games? Wtf...
|
Basically, the grand prize was all current Steam games. That guy won it.
|
Well shit if I had know it was just one big prize like that I wouldn't even have bothered to participate.
|
No, the grand prize was for 1 person and then there was the "Win the complete Valve pack" and "Win the top 10 games in your wishlist" categories.
|
There were over 1000 people that won stuff from the lottery draw.
|
Also "Win top 5 games on your wishlist".
They had a couple of thousand winners I think. But then Steam has millions of users. |
There are some nice deals on XBLA this week:
- Dungeon Defenders is 33% Off = 800MSP - Orcs Must Die! is 50% Off = 600MSP - South Park: Let's Go Tower Defense Play! is 50% Off = 400MSP - Defense Grid: The Awakening is 50% Off = 400MSP I myself will probably get Orcs Must Die! because I really liked the demo. Shame it doesn't have multiplayer though. Dungeon Defenders on the other hand has, but then again, it's a bit pricier. |
50% off the Sonic series. Including the original Mega Drive games! You know, the good ones.
Is Generations any good? |
Is Generations any good? I’ll just leave this here.
Nice to see they finally released Sonic CD and Sonic 4, though. |
I still have no idea what to do with this -33% coupon for Bethesda games I have. Someone wanna trade it for TF2 items maybe?
|
Does it work on Skyrim?
|
For what I've played. Generations is the best Sonic game since the Dreamcast days. I might pick up some Sonic games. Never played Sonic 4 or Sonic CD.

Critic-disappointing From Dust for £3.99.
Titan Quest, widely accepted to be the best Diablo game that wasn't actually called Diablo, plus expansion, £2.49. Would seriously consider this if I wasn't trying to abstain from games for a while. |

Like that other steam generator thing it doesn't take into account Steam sales - Also I bought Half-Life 2 back in 2004 for full price, not at the equivalent of $10, so that isn't accurate either. :P
Still fun though - And I suppose there's nothing to stop one from doing the maths themselves. For example I've actually spent as little as 26p an hour for my current playing time in Skyrim - There's still a lot of the game to do, and I plan to re-play it at some point in the distant future, as I often do with games. |
|
Bought it. I look forward to some co-op, if anyone's up for it.
|
Me defiantly.

Both Crashpunk and Dripik need to add me so we can play Killing Floor. I play it no less than 2 hours a day. Every day. Anyone else up for it?

He's a cunt.

He-man's a lovely person!

Cities XL 2012 is only 10 bucks. It's not a super great game as far as city builders go, but for 10 bucks I'll give it a try.
