Fans naturally took this concept of characters loving the cube as a person by celebrating the Companion Cube as a human character.

3DS is neat, but I just can't too handhelds anymore. My hands are just too large.

3DS is nice, but I only play handhelds when Im on trips or takin a shit. So it really doesn't seem worth it.

I hadn't owned a handheld before the DS since I was about 12 and had the original GameBoy. I always felt the same way as you and figured that any game on a handheld would be a dumbed down version of a console game. I loved the DS, though. I played the shit out of that thing.

Oh, I have a DS and a PSP right now. Neither of them get any real playtime, except the DS when a new Pokemon game comes out or something. There are so few games that interest me that its not worth it. Also, you description of dumbed down console games is really what a lot of companies did with the PSP, and seem to be doing with the 3DS now that it has more power. Not to say that either has no good handheld designed games though.

People are saying the WiFi on the new 360 is real shitty. Hopefully MS fixes it. You also don't get the 3 year warranty with it, so I dunno about getting one anymore.

My friend fixes consoles for a living. He was actually one of the first people to fix the red ring of death. A regular wizard, he is. I've mentioned him before and actually offered his services at a discount to a few members.

Yeah, it's come in handy. So what's the deal with the wifi? I couldn't find any valid complaints.

On another forum I frequent some said that they could not get a stable connection, despite their old 360s with the accessories getting good signal. Also, its not dual band. I can't find any actual impressions from websites(IGN, Gamespot, etc) that weren't just commenting on how it looks.

The specs on the actual wifi made it sound better than microsoft's wireless network adapter. I almost want to call fanboy bullshit on the lone complaint. Or it could just be a case of bad QA. I guess we'll see.

3D is overrated by like... I don't know how many lightyears. The technology is still experimental yet TV builders are going out of their way to push this crap on absolutely everyone. I am more interested in the development of Super HD than I am in 3D. All 3D does right now with stupid glasses is give you a headache.

Until they come out with technology that provides a 3D image without having to wear some glasses or sit absolutely still like a brick at a 0 degree angle, I am boycotting this shit. I want hologram TV's.
