Why was that so hard?

I've looked at all the links people have posted and seen the merchandise and I think it's really cool, so i thought I'd take a look myself and all I could find were the games. Now i'm gonna take a wild guess with this one and assume that oddworld related stuff besides the games doesn't appear on Ebay or Amazon very offen and that when it DOES it gets grabbed up fast, am I right?

They were never produced or sold. You'd have to take the picture to a jeweller to get one made for you. Ask Pilot; I think he got something similar made years ago.

I'd wait till the economy sorts itself out first though.

If you have the money spare, now might be the best time to go. Jewellers will probably be desperate for the work.

Just bought the artbook, it should be here in a couple of days. Hope its worth the 89$ I spent on it. I find it hilarious that a used hardcover on amazon costs more then a new one on there.

I find it irritating and wrong. There's a chance that they payed more for it than you did your new copy, but wanting so much for it pre-owned is just being terribly greedy.

The pre owned on there costs even more then a limited edition off the site, 180$ some.

Today I ordered The Art of Oddworld Inhabitants: the first ten years off Ballistic Publishing!! Should be mad! Can't wait till its here although because they have run out of softcover versions I had to order the Hard Cover one for $70. But it will still be awesome!:p

Okay, poster arrived today. It's definitely better quality than I expected, and I'm happy with it. There is some pixellation, but you have to lean in pretty close to spot it - from a distance, the quality is great.
I took some pictures so people can see. The lighting and photo quality aren't great, but they get the point across. Note the close-up photo was taken from about a centimetre or two away.
That said, this is only the A3 version. No idea what the A2 and A1 will be like quality-wise...

I'll kill anyone who buys the last A3 Stranger's Wrath poster. It's in my "basket", waiting for my nephew's birthday next month.

Surely all this is in the same category as the Abe sculpture that we've been discouraging people from buying because it's essentially stealing IP from OWI?

This is even worse. At least the Abe sculpture was a work of art. Someone went out of their way to make a statue which had to be crafted to begin with.

This is just a photograph stolen from OWI and printed onto a canvas for money.

Looking again, I don't think either of us will give a shit. He's been talking about Abe, and it sounds like that he prefers that to Stranger. If anyone sees a cheap PlayStation on Amazon that they don't want, tell me. It will be better for him to have something he can play the games on.
