A film I missed off is Revolver - the latest Guy Ritchie flick that got such an utter dressing-down with the critics.

Well, I think it's a masterpiece and it has massive re-watch value. If you think the film is clever and is actually about something. A lot of people don't. :)

Mojo 11-02-2006 02:24 AM

Only seen BR2, Rexy. Thought it was cool though.

I usually don't watch films a thrid time, although I've seen the Home Alone folms alot. Yeah, well, they're on air EVERY Christmas, and I've seen 20 Christmasses already :P

Munch's Master 11-02-2006 11:46 AM

Pirates of the Caribbean, God I've seen that so many times.
I've watched Holy Grail and Life of Brian more times than I could ever count up.
I've also watched Labyrinth an innumerbale amount of times too. Don't ask why, I just have.

Majic 11-02-2006 07:02 PM

I've watched UHF many, many a time.

But aside from that, the original Star Wars trilogy, the LOTR trilogy, The Matrix, and Aliens.

Please tell me you're kidding. Please. Whoever wrote the plot/script to that movie needs to be shot. Or even more appropriately, beaten to a pulp with a sousaphone.

I thoguht it was a pretty good storyline. There were some things I would have changed, but it was alright. Bah, who am I kidding. It was mainly the marching band ness.

Majic 11-11-2006 05:01 PM

Nooooooooooooo! NoooooooOOOOOO!!!! It's such a horrible way to express the massive cult known as band to the rest of the world. So horrible... And the thought of a musical prodigy that can't read music? Please.

And speaking of marching band... Bands of America Grand Nationals competition should be concluding in a few hours. I'm stoked to catch the results this year- geekiness ftw!

Ha, no BOA up here. Us yankees got Tournament of Bands. It's basically Pennsylvania and a few other small states. Seriously. We go to group 1 championships tomorrow at Scranton, PA. Should be much fun.

Hobo 11-12-2006 11:39 PM

I want to see Borat another million times.

Please.

Mutual Friend 11-13-2006 10:35 AM

I agree. Truly fantastic, very clever.

ziggy 11-14-2006 02:15 PM

Arxryl 11-17-2006 04:50 PM

I watched The Nightmare Before Christmas for the umpteenth time yesterday for lack of anything else to do. I am so happy with the movie and the musci is well done too.

ziggy 11-18-2006 03:12 PM

Ya, I've seen that a lot too. I lik it, but now it's wierd because after seeing The Nightmare before Christmas since you were about 6 it seems really short now.

Rex Tirano 11-18-2006 03:25 PM

Don't all things seem really short since you were six?

Mutual Friend 11-18-2006 05:42 PM

The ratio between the size of things and increasing age is well documented, yes.

CaitSithX 11-18-2006 07:50 PM

Star Wars IV, V, and VI
Scary Movie 3
Scary Movie 4
Toy Story
Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
Evil Dead
Evil Dead 2
The Army Of Darkness

Arxryl 11-19-2006 09:35 AM

Oh good! Someone here has admitted to seeing Toy Story!

I haven't seen it in a while but... I still like it!

Statikk HDM 11-19-2006 02:42 PM

Second movie I saw in theaters. Abso-****ing-lutely love that movie to this day.
The genesis game for it is pretty good, too.

Hobo 11-20-2006 11:53 AM

I love toy story.

And Evil Dead gains extra bonus points for tree rape

Statikk HDM 11-20-2006 12:09 PM

I like Army of Darkness a little better.
"I ain't that good."

Zebulon 12-03-2006 08:06 AM

Donnie Darko, All of the Wes anderson movies, The squid and the whale, Raiders of the lost ark.

Arxryl 12-03-2006 09:36 AM

A movie I've just seen (and am watching) for the millionth time is Ice Age. However, I am still not annoyed out of my mind with it...

snuzi 12-03-2006 01:51 PM

Star Wars - I've seen every movie so many times that I can't even keep track anymore.

Battle Royale - I absolutely LOVE this movie, although the book is much better, in my opinion.

Donnie Darko - I've seen this movie countless times, since i've been trying to figure out the significance of certain scenes.

V for Vendetta - I can't get enough of this movie. It really makes ya think :p

There's others, but I can't think of 'em at the moment.

Wolfpac 12-13-2006 02:22 AM

When I was a kid I watched the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles about 50 times. I knew just about every line. I sure that my parents hated that movie because I watched it so much.
