Perfect Dark doesn't interest me at all, but as for Elder Scroll's 4... whoo boy. I'll be playing the hell out of that.

I don't have a problem with PS3 - I loved the PS2 for quite a while even though I quickly became bored with it's mediocre games - it's just that I don't have any interest in any of the games that they're going to be releasing. The only games that I'm interested in (or consider worth playing) will all be on Xbox 360, which I may or may not buy, depending on how things go. I was simply saying that fancier systems mean diddly shit if you don't have any good games to play on it.

One downside to these amazing graphics, though. Sometimes they will comprimise gameplay, and games will take longer to produce due to the time taken to make these 3D models materialise.

Wow, that is a beutiful screenshot, I thinks it's from PS3. Jugding on what the PS3 is capable of, I think Godfather could be realtime.

Speaking, the console it's self looks ok, it just looks bit like some kind of bin, how the hell are you gonna put the console laying falt, it'll roll. But I think the new PS3 control very nice, looks confy to hold. In my option It looks and probably feels better than the Xbox 360. And it's great that it come in three different colours, I would go with the white one. It seems that these next-gen console seem to have curve shapes. And 7 controls ports? That's alot, and wireless. (hmmm.. I wounder how it would fit seven screens on one TV)

I saw the long video of PS3 E3 confrence. Some of the graphics are very inpressive, some are good, but others look very nice. The face expressions are amazing, especelly the boxing clip, the ripples of the face bing punched is quite astonnishing. Sometimes when I looks at some great graphics games are can't if some of those are Realtime. I also think that PS3 has a good range of developers. :)

If I heard correctly, it will be twice as fast as the Xbox360.

Edit: Oh right. I look closer at the Playstation 3 , and it can lay falt, thought it would stupid if it couldn't, still looks wierd though. I wish they made a better logo.

N, it's from PC. Beth hasn;t even confirmed that they'd be making the game for PS3, though it's highly likely. And what makes you think Xbox 360 won't be able to run that? If it can run Gears of War, it can run that. ;)

As for Facs, I think that sreen is pretty nice. The bullet holes are no longer just holes, but actually chipped away concrete, and the dust particles in the air look really nice. There are some nicer screen on ign.com, though.

I just thought it was a shot fronm the PS3 video, when they were showing how the enviroment changes, and flowers pop up. Well that's good to hear

Yes, Faxine, what in the heck are you speaking of? The gun is of a slightly questionable quality, but it's still better than Halo 2. ;) Those bullets holes are freakin' great.

Oh those things are supposed to be where bullets have hit? Christ I couldn't even tell what the were, I thought it was some kind of ghost lifting up from that guy, I've never played those games.
The gun isn't great, but the border of the HUD thing looks really crappy.

Just overlook these 'graphical shitfests', (Although they seem rather superior to most) and look at the real time shadowing. I mean, are there many things that can match that? And even though the dust does looks like a ghost, it still is a really good particle system for a real time screenshot.

Have you seen the teaser for Killzone 2? HO. LEE. SHIT. I saw it on G4's E3 coverage last night... and my god, the expressions... the utter chaos of war. Who cares if the first game sucked? This one looks so real.

Warhawk looks f*cking awesome too. I gotta say, as far as Killer Apps go, the PS3 has two very likely candidates, while Xbox360 has... not as many.

Of course, there still hasn't been a game out there that would convince to buy one of the new systems, but the PS3 is getting there...

I couldn't tell if it was Realtime or not. The textures, facial expresions are surperb.

Killzone one sucked. This aint gonna make me purchase any console... Sure, it has ****ing amazing detail, but it seems identical to Ghost Recon 3, and every other war game for that matter. -_-

Yep, PS3 has a good range of games. And the way I see it, Killzone2 dose look and feel better than most war games I've seen, but that's only what I believe.

Anyway, back on topic-ish, E3 has got some good stuff going. New interviews on TES, then a trailer of Dark Sector (Sweet), some Gears of War footage and interviews, and then Ghost Recon. Mmmm-mmm, good. :D

Killzone 2 is going to be the standard war game screwjob as far as I can tell. 4 more guns and better graphics for an extra 50 bucks. I'll pass.

It isn't that bad, I bet it'll look better in black, plus it doesn't matter about what it looks like, it's how comfy/easy it is to use. Since you need six hands to use an Xbox controller and the button are all over the place, the sony controllers pwn the ass out of most other controllers.

I think the interface is quite good. They've managed to create a fluid flash interfacewith minimal information to put on it.

That comment is sad, if you need six hands for an Xbox controller, you must have hands with a diameter of like 3 cm.

I'll admit the PS3 controler looks like boomerang. You get fustrated at a game, throw the controler and it'll land back in your hand. I thought it looks pretty stylish and modern, the console itself looks modern too.

Are we looking at the same Screenshots here? Ghost Recon 3 looks OK, but it doesn't come close to the emotion and expression in the Killzone 2 trailer.

It could be an amazing game for all you guys know. Of course, it could suck like the first one, yeah, but it's a wee bit early to be deciding whether or not a game is worth buying when no one has even played it yet. Or, you know, has any concrete info on the game...

I'm not too fond of the PS3 controller. I'll have to see how it plays. Xbox360 controller looks nice; I think I like it a lot better now that there have been some clear, straight-up pics of it.

Anywho, I'm starting to think that holding out on Next-Gen consoles might be a good idea. I mean, Xbox360 does have ES4, and Killzone 2 does look pretty fun, but there still isn't anything out there that I would buy a console for.

Well one thing that I'm sure of is that there is going to be a Ninja Gaiden 2 for the next-gen , and it won't be on Xbox 360.

Killzone 2 may be like the last one, impressive looking screenshots that depict exciting and involving firefights but turning out very mediocre. I own a copy of Killzone and believe it could have been a great game, if the developers fixed the gameplay elements the next game could rock.

PS3's controller looks exactly like PS2's, just with longer handles. Same with X360's controller, except its missing the black and white buttons. :huh:

Sure, the X360 main site is purdy to look at, but it should at least have an alternate address with a LIST of the features, not a rotating 'game'.
