Dancing Steef |
?
where shall i put my Stories?
|
Please make a new thread about this. This thread is for art.
Jank you. |
I like those too, Dancing Steef. But you re-drew them from the official Stranger artwork, didn't you? It's still very well drawn- the pencil work is really good, but I prefer drawings with original poses and more in-yours style ;)
The live ammo pic is cute :) Here's another one of mine. I don't know what's wrong with him here- neither he got wounded somehow, or he ate something similar to what my sis baked few years ago, and called 'a cake'...ugh...so now he doesn't feel very well? |
WOW thats a really good drawing Five! I like yer art! ;)
|
w00w!
WTF! ehh, I'm speachless |
Steef!
Here's my Steef drawing...done during "Valuable" class time.
BOW DOWN TO MY ODDWORLD MANGA!!!! |
Very nice, Anne.
I would like to ask, though, why their four-legged parts are colored differently. Are they wearing pants? Hokay, peoples. I have some new Steef Stuff here. Now I have to hurry, because I have to pee. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...ilah_Armor.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...male_Steef.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...Untitled-2.jpg Enjoy! I must go pee. I'm dancing like a...dancing thing... |

I completely accept your critique. That was a point I didn't notice. Well, I drew this Steef without having a sample of an original one. That's probably why I did this terrible mistake. ;) I've got another excuse: in fact the anatomy of Steefs is given, I think every Steef has it's individual body (remember the diversity of our bodies: small, tall, thin, obese....). So, the one I drew has longer upper arms, sporty forearms, a well built chest and muscular legs :p But I've got a little annotation to your last drawing: the breasts of the female Steef are a bit too high for that size and the shape of them doesn't look much natural, though. The female Steef has a quite masculine body, thereby the breasts must be smaller because breasts consist of fat tissue, you know ;) But I'm still impressed of the detail in your pictures, the way you colour them ( from your other picture topic) and the boldness how you work out some topics :D I hope that wasn't a harsh critique. We are waiting for new Steef art. I'm stitting here at school, working with Photoshop and Macromedia, I'm bored and I would love to post my newest drawing of a young offended Steef. But I still need a scanner and Internet at home, hehe. See you soon. I hope to find new great art when I'm back :p Your Alector |
wow, these are realy good pictures!

|
nice drawings again, Dipstikk :) I love all those details on the armour and her muscles..
I felt inspired so I tried to draw a female Steef too....though my females always look like males, bah. |
WOW! Five yer drawing's so BEAUTIFUL!
it doesn't look like a male Steef to me... keep up the GOOD work! |
She looks pretty feminine to me, Five. I like her hair - and the fact she's not overendowed out in front. :fuzwink: I mean, for all we know OWI may have decided female steefs (if they even exist, in the "real" OWI universe - I can't remember) should be such butch creatures they look mostly masculine anyway. :p

koool pic 5
|
Very nicely done, Five. I especially like the hair style.
|
Nice work on the Steef, Five. The muscles on the arm were especially good. :)
|
U guys makin me jealous. I just started on drawin' Stranger a week ago, and Im nearly goo with him. If could shares it with yeh, id love to, but i has no scanner..... >.<
|
I love your drawings, Five. Keep up the good work everyone.

Yo!
I've got a new picture of a Steef I drew at school.Drawing lessons are so boring that I prefer drawing them. The following one was done in 10 minutes and this time I worked more with his hands and horns. Most people didn't know that the Steef lifts up his left foreleg... they thought it was something else. :fuzconf: I still think it looks a little little bit stuck on :p I just took a picture of it and loaded it on computer (my teacher shouldn't know what I was doing while having Photography lessons. hehe) enjoy looking on it Alector |
new pic!
Cool pic Alector! here is a new pic by me! I did this on a boring swedish-lesson...

other pics on Steefs
thanx everybody! Here's some new pics of some Steefs :) hope ya guys like em!
|
Nice pics, Dancing Steef! :D I like the second one the best-I don't really have any constructive criticism because I think they're very good! :)
|
I love the roaring steef. One thing I would change is the eyebrows, and by that I mean lower them. He's got the menacing look going with his mouth, but his eye expression clashes with that.
Yeah, just lower the eyebrows and he's all set. :) |
i'll try it out! thanks for yer tip!
|
STEEF!*TwitchTwitch*
Yeah, okay, I have improved my Steef. They have to be my favorite things to draw and color!

Ann Neely - DevART don't allow external posting of images hosted on their server; you can only post pictures hosted BY devART ON devART services. If you can see it, it's probably in your PC's cache - shows up as a red "x" to me. For future reference, if you want to post pictures here, the easiest thing to do is upload them to the OWF server - under "Additional options" below the reply box, click on "manage attachments" and it opens a dialog box allowing you to upload files.
