I'd be inclined to join the military, only, I really don't give a shit what my country thinks. Tony Blair can basically just go have a wank in his office if he thinks I'm ever going to support his "war effort". I won't even support Russia. Bluntly put, Russia sucks. I think I was the one that said to stop, and I said this because PA has been a great member of the OWF for a long time and I didn't want to see him leave because we drove him away. Yes, the hurtful things stated were true, but he got the message and we don't need to go on for two more pages about it. Hopefully he can take what we said and use it in his life. You preach your opinions as "gods honest truth" - but really that isn't very respectful, since god doesn't tell any truth if your religion says he doesn't exist. While it is essential to educate the masses on most religions, it is equally as essential to remain neutral about it, and allow them the freedom to choose. Fail that and you become some pseudo religious branch of the nazi.

So don't be so opinionated. Areas of personal preference and opinion are gray areas, there are no real truths or certainties here - and you were certainly not put on this earth to change that.

Please don't call Europe a bunch of anti American trash. The English invented SO many of the things you take for granted, including the car, the railroad, the television, and heavy industry. Did you know the Red Cross said that it was more than 60 percent civilians in the prison? Now they're saying it was around 90 percent civilians! That is really screwed up.

This thread is dead and needs closing before it does any more damage to the forum morale. At the end of the day, we should all be discussing this like faithful blood brothers, completely supporting eachother in our likeminded views, not arguing among ourselves about trivial garbage.

Oh come on Death that was nothing what we did. It was a bunch ignorant soldiers who went beyond all what the US military stands for and commited crimes by humiliating those Iraqis. The Iraqi Extremest killed an innocient man because he believed in God and they were ordered to by their superiors or Government because they hate Americans.

There is a huge difference in the way we treat prisoners and the way how the enemy treats their prisoners. It was the soldiers who were un justified and they went to prison for it. Thats a huge difference between us and them. We don't go around killing people for their religious belief.

I have to agree with you there. I hate the fact that people are shunning our entire military system because of the whole prisoner photo thing. It was maybe a dozen or so soldiers doing it, not the whole damn army. We didn't train them to do it. Just a few bad apples.

Esus I'd love to agree with you, because on many points you are very correct, but Iraq was never at risk as a country. The only risk was American heavy handed tactics in removing Saddam (which is all that they needed to do).

The large amount of tanks, bombers, and attack helicopters were unnessacery, since the US army train commandos that could take or capture out the majority of Saddam and his forces with relative ease.
