i doubt that would happen Molluk would strike Revenge at Abe If He saw him.

paramiteabe 06-30-2003 03:47 AM

Oh my gosh Al I havent seen that thread in such a long time wow that was old. I was reading through it and remembering the memories of those days. Now that I look back at those days. Mann we were nuts more so then we are now.

I have to say our theories back then were just so wacked out. Now that we are more educated on Oddworld we can officially say that Molluck will return with maybe a scar on his face and a need to kill Abe.

I tend to believe that Molluck's suit tend to absorb most of the lightening still giveing Molluck a jolt but not enough to kill him.

It will be rather creepy to see a scared Molluck return and more or less a little insane with killing Abe as his only thought. Yep its going to be a surprise.

Abe16 06-30-2003 04:07 AM

This is an Idea I thought Molluk would do.:He would combine The Brewery and the Farm and connect it to each other with over at least 3000,000,000 Mudokons that would be a challange!

Abe16 06-30-2003 10:26 PM

It could be called...Molluk Strikes back That would be a game!

Sekto Springs 06-30-2003 11:05 PM

good idea but dont double post

GrigtheSlig 07-01-2003 05:16 PM

well, if he couldn't remember anything, than how do you know that he would seek revenge?

Abe16 07-01-2003 08:30 PM

I don't know? its just my guess.

OANST 07-01-2003 09:27 PM

It would be interesting to have molluk meet up with Abe while having no memory. Molluk would be all sweet and naive and not realise that he hates mudokens. Abe could take pity on him and try to help him settle himself in a new native environment. Over time though molluks memories would start to return and he would secretly start plotting against his new ally Abe and try to take revenge for the loss of his cushy job. Just an idea

GrigtheSlig 07-01-2003 11:47 PM

Yeah, that is a possabillity. I'd still like to at least know that the glukkons have the abillity to be good!

Abe16 07-04-2003 09:18 PM

Yeah that would be cool. and what about all the sligs?I mean what will happen to them will they still be Evil?Because more glokkons are born daily.:(

good idea for my cartoon...

OANST 07-04-2003 11:56 PM

feel free to use it. Although the more I think about it the more generic it becomes. I can't say that it is a very original idea. I'm sure that kind of concept has been done at least a few times. In fact I'm cutting myself with razors as we speak for ever having muttered those words. I hate me. I hate me so much. Aaaaaahhh the pleasures of self loathing.

Abe16 07-05-2003 12:11 AM

don't do that i should of got cut with razors listen.....The ground speaks,Molluk is raising from the DEAD!THE ALIENS ARE ATTACKING THE ALIENS ARE ATTACKING!

paramud 07-05-2003 04:02 AM

His name is spelled Mullok

Abe16 07-05-2003 05:40 AM

I don't care they have different ways of spelling him!

Wil 07-05-2003 07:44 AM

true... but why on the PC edition of Abe's Oddysee is the cinematic (when you browse in the files) called "Mollock.ddv"?

just a stupid question, but maybe you will know :fuzwink:

Sekto Springs 07-05-2003 11:40 AM

im sure it's just a sp mistake, nutin special...

Xavier 07-05-2003 01:54 PM

probably...
maybe it's the same kind of error that happened on OWI's walls you can read there "dripek" and not "dripik"

okay, this was totally pointless, sorry about that :fuzwink:

anyway:Abe16 please don't dubble post (it's late I know)

Sekto Springs 07-06-2003 11:41 AM

well, molluck may be dead, look...
http://www.inhousemedia.net/mf/mullocknap.jpg
directly after you see that part of above the glow in his eyes dims and goes out...look carefully, you'll see

Xavier 07-06-2003 12:17 PM

I've allways assumed he simply closed his eyes

Sekto Springs 07-06-2003 01:25 PM

well, if you look his eyes stay open when the glow goes out, but i doubt he's dead, maybe just unconsious

Wil 07-06-2003 02:12 PM

I'd always thought that was just his eyes closing, too, but I'll look closely when I get the chance (ie when I can find my PlayStation).

As for spelling mistakes, in the PAL PS Abe's Exoddus, it's refers to the Mudanchee Vaults as 'Mundanchee'.

Sekto Springs 07-06-2003 02:55 PM

yes and in the grind-tors chamber where abe is hanging helplessly in AO molluck is spelled molok on the graffitti:D

OANST 07-06-2003 03:14 PM

that could have been done on purpose. Do you think that the modokons are well educated?

Xavier 07-06-2003 03:24 PM

true... I doubt there are much creatures on oddworld that can write well, anyway in those campagne parts

(there may be lots of intellectuals in the cities)

Al the Vykker 07-06-2003 03:48 PM

Until proven beyond reasonable doubt, I am going to safely assume molluck is alive. He probably just went unconsious, and later made his escape. Being that Rupture Farms was never "destroyed" it was shut down by abe.

Also, the whole characters overlooked in the Quintology, might prove very big in the larger scope of things, and in the big picture. So molluck who is overlooked as being alive at the end of the first game, could technically return at the end in a very important role. Or to finally extract his revenge upon Abe.

big bro boogie 07-06-2003 03:55 PM

I guess there can be a chance that there are creatures that spray graffiti everywhere because there are mudos in AO that clean walls from graffiti

but in the beginning from AE there are mudos that spray graffiti.

im confused

I think you mean mudokons or muds... because mudos is the continent were the past games took place :fuzwink:

Sekto Springs 07-06-2003 06:01 PM
