I still don't believe in him... |
But what I am trying to get at is what created the Big Bang in the first place. You just can't get something from nothing. And as for Cosmic foam or other demensions that proves my theroy too. God created that too. If you relate religion with science you will be surprised on the similarities. Like in creation the Big Bang. Well the Bible mention that as Let there be Light. It's dark then suddenly it gets light. Well I am pretty sure that the Big Bang made a lot of light. I believe there is sort of a hidden messege throughout the bible that we are finnally discovering through science. And I think that is incredible.

Yaaaaaa god?
I could be whrong here, there wasent nothing...there was dust, and particles, the big bang is an explotion that...exploded, when
all that spacecrap pile got to big (its enoth with one peace of sand that slowelo overe billions of years poled a smaller peace of sand to it... and so on and so forth... untill you get a trumendos pile...) and then when all of thoose wierd cemicles gather...well, the results was a Big Bang... and it will happen again, see. Sientists have a theory (that they have proven, even though some peaple dont belive OFCOURSE) that says like the universe is , and then i getting sucked together, and then it will compress again and CABLAM!! everything will be flung out again... and start all over again. Q: I dont belive in big bang becuas there wassent anything to make and explosion. I belive that "god" created adam and eve and we humans DID NOT EVOLVE FROM PRIMEAPES. Arent I right? A: Ehhhh... Did you read this in a magazine? Was it a tv or radio comercial that you missunderstood? Did you're parents tell you? Did you have a bad teacher in daycare? Wherever you got it from, there is now proof of this god thingy exists... some jerk just maid it up to get money via tha church (possebilety). And gods suposed to be good right? What did god prevent for our sake, he? War? Suffering? High Xbox prises? Whoooohoooo! Go god! I worship you're mercy on uss humans! Naaaaaaa. My apinion: GOD = BS |
This topic finally went into a fight between God and non-God believers. It took longer than I expected... oh well.
Regarding science, that is my opinion: all our theories about the way the universe works are limited by our very limited nature of being humans. Studying the universe, ReneƩ Descartes once said: "God is an unnecessary variable in my equations." That incredibly arrogant afirmation was said by a seventeen century man, who knew nothing about integral and diferential calculus, or Einstein's atronomic theories, or quantic physics, and didn't have any sort of technological devices available to support his researches. Nowadays, he is still considered one of the most brilliant men of his time. Looking at this example, we can think a little about the limited knowledge we have of the universe. If God exists or not, we will only be able to tell in a far future, when we become ready to experience it. Meanwhile, we have to keep our minds wide open, and, as Carl Seagan said, maintain an skeptic methodology to analise the world, and express our profound admiration on each new discovery. I have an annoying feeling that this reply doesn't make a minimum sense at all... |
New Threory...off the top of my head, thought of it in literally 5 seconds. God is Lucifer!!
God creates man, but then man turns on God doing the whole non-believing crap, God then falls from heaven, to get back up in Heaven God then does good things to the world, people dont believe it, God then does bad things, people then say 'Its the Devil' etc. etc. , God then gets labelled as the Devil while people believe in nothing...Lucifer exists...but Lucifer created the world. Poooor God. |

God gave us a free will to live. God is not the cause of all the problems within our world it is us that is the problem. It is the choices we make as an indivdual where we have our problems in this world.
If God were to control us we would be like drones or robots doing the same thing. Thats what makes us unique, The very fact that we have our individuality is a gift from the Almighty himself. Period! ;) |
God gave us free-will due to Lucifer dancing around him going:
# Give 'em free will, free will, free will. Give 'em free will, free-eee-eeeeee will!! # We owe the great Lucifiel!! So...WORSHIP MY DADDY!! |
This may be a bit off topic but, what is Cosmic Foam?

Oscillating Universe: The Big Crunch of the previous Universe. Cosmic Foam: Ripples causing Bubbles to arise. Other Theories: I don't know enough about them to say. :

Paramiteabe, and you other god fans, awnser me this PLEASE
You say that nothing can exist without being created. And therefor God mustof created it. No think about those two things a cupple of times and awnser: WHAT CREATED GOD? nothing exist without a GOD creating stuff. There for a GOD must have created a GOD. And that can make you're mind spin for a time... So, therefor. God must of just suddenly existed, cuas nothing was there to create him. So, why cant the universe just be created like that. EDIT: Know i guess you might awnser me with some possible replys... 1. No, it dossent work that way. God just exists. A: Whell what can I say. "No it dossent work that way, the Universe just exists"(?). Its not a good awnser. A COMMENT TO THAT LAST POINT WE BOTH CAN SAY TO THAT: Your just saying that cuas you cant think of anything better. ----- Paramiteabe said: "God is nither a man or woman." Yet you address god with "he"?! ----- 2. Q:Whell if the Universe pops out of no-where, why cant god? A: Whell in that case we dont have dont have evidence to belive in nither of them. Edit: Paramiteabe said: "God is nither a man or woman." R: Yet you address god with "he"?! |
Does this have to turn into another religeous TOPIC!
I sure as hell have had encounters with ghosts but it's to hard to explain what happened...but scince my little experience i've believed in ghosts. |
Very good point, Xenos.
Something related to the thing about God's creation: Recently, a COE church I pass on my way to school put 'GODISNOWHERE (Now read it again)' on its advertising board. When it is read again, it supposedly reads 'GOD IS NOW HERE' but I thought Christians were in the belif that God is omnipresent and therefore was everywhere all the time. Maybe that means God, apparently, WAS created. Something doesn't add up ... Damn zealots, always changing the stories. |
zealots!? What do they have to do with this? Xelnaga.
Or did you just say that as a funny line? |
:
|
I AM SSSSSHAKING!! (Im bored, so 'scuse the sarcasm)
|
:
I'm watching a video in my RE class about Jesus of Nazereth and everybody keeps coming up to Jesus and saying they're zealots. It's funny! That video has tought me that Jesus was pure evil. He keeps putting on an evil face. Scary! |
Actually, Gluk, Zealots was a faction of the jewish people who believed that the evil influence of Rome could only be banished from Jerusalem through a civil revolution, a war against Rome. One of the apostoles of Jesus was a former zealot (I can't remember his name). Because of that, Jesus group was identifyed as Zealots several times.
But Jesus was radicaly against the Zealot's point of view, since he defended a peacefull resistance to Rome. When he appeared, there was already a revolutionary movement going on among the jewish people., and many people beleived that Jesus was the mighty General, the Leader who would claim the trone of Jerusalem and expurge the Romans from their lands. A particualr episode of Jesus' life is very significant, regarding this subject. When Jesus was arrested and presented to the people of Jerusalem, along with another prisioner, called Barrabas(spell?), people actually chose to set free Barrabas, not Jesus. that other prisioner was an important Zealot, and in that ocasion, his comrades believed that he was more valuable to their cause, since Jesus wasn't inclined to their revolutionary ideas. Through time, the word "Zealot" gained the depreciatory meaning we know nowadays, i.e. a crasy, very religious, and should I add, inclined to violence, people. |
