This may be wrong, but "use what you can't see". Gas, liquid, solid. The middle pic is the one where there's gas. We cannot see gas, so we should look for clues on it?

I've been trying to mess the the audio from the video. No progress, but the results of my testing sounds terrifying

I'm wondering if there's literally something we can't see in the image or if we have the work out what's happening in the center that's related to air, fire, earth or water?
I don't think the mud in the chamber is being gassed in anyway, I still think the eyes look swollen and in the video the muds grabbing his head/eyes in pain so I think his eye's have been injected with something to make them produce more "tears" which would relate it to the word liquid. Unsure as to anything else though.

Well, there's the "Use what you can't see" which is the main clue, then also the elements "Fire, Air, Water, Earth" and the states "Gas, Liquid, Solid". Everything else seems to be irrelevant. Also, maybe the "use what you can't see" clue literally means use the blind cipher? Anyway.

How can we use the clues we've found?

Well the elements are related to things like alchemy and witchcraft... Sadly we're not gonna get to talk to ghosts so something related to alchemy seems more likely...?

Just as a side thought - are we looking for the next image in the process? as in, we first found the muds being enslaved, then tortured, then the aftermath of the torture, so are we looking for what's next in that process?

Morse code, which tells us to use a different code
The symbols in the top left, which repeat the text from 1029.io
Symbols cut off on the top and bottom that tell us the classical elements and the states of matter.

Purely going off the Burial and turning one element into another, the body when decaying releases carbon dioxide which could be classed as a solid turning into a gas?

solid (earth), liquid (water), gas (air), and plasma (fire). Is "plasma" what's missing?? OWI must be banging their heads in frustration at us hahaha :')

It depends on what kind of plasma as plasma can be used to treat people, but it's also some strange gas.
Plasma is also used to treat "dry eyes" as it can be made into a kind of eye drop.
Maybe this Plasma eye treatment is being used on the mud in the chamber after subjection to the tear extractor or a new kind of tear extractor.
