I seem to remember something about Vykkers Labs 13 being the first fully airborn facility built by the Vykkers. In which case, it would make sense for a stationary facility to be accessible via the Feeco Depot.

I forgot about this bit from oddworld library:
"Vykkers Labs 13 was the first facility of the Conglomerate to be entirely free floating and has since become synonymous with the Vykkers, though they are also known to operate underground and submarine research facilities. I can see something too. It looks like a head, hard to tell honestly.

This is probably a silly theory, and I'm sorry I seem to be fixated on Fuzzles. But I swear there are teeth in that container thing. With the possible eye it looks like it could be a Fuzzle. But I'm pretty sure that makes 99% no sense at all.
