So I caved and bought a PS4 :D Abe's Oddysee was my first game on PSOne in '97, and my first game on PS4 17 years later is... Abe's Oddysee! That's some real progress there :p

Seriously, the game was amazing, an incredibly authentic recreation of the original. Very much looking forward to Alf's Escape, the trailer looks awesome!

I think BM's question was whether it was only available through the menu, or if it was also accessible through the doorway, as was their original plan. I had wondered the same thing.

Do you mean the doorway in the secret area of the Zulag 4 hub? Personally I think that putting it there would be ridiculous, I actually had to end up looking on this forum to find that secret area!

If Alf's Escape is as difficult as they've said then it's probably best to leave it out of the main game.

And I loved it :)

Here is what you should know:
- The new content is about the size of Zulag 4.
- You explore a brand new place in RF.
- It’s realy hard, I finished the original game on hard without issues and I struggled in some places of Alf's Escape on normal.
- A lot of the puzzles require very good timing.
- You will love the new saws. :D
- You will meet someone new we only heard about but never saw.
- Alex had a lot of fun watching me fail over and over.

I initially thought we might be seeing the Guardian Angel pop up in Alf's Escape but then I remembered Wil's quote in that the model was too complicated for a simple cameo... and we *did* see it in the Guardian Angel trailer so I guess that rules that out.....

I'd say between 60 and 90 minutes. And that's on Normal difficulty. :)

I just did a quick comparison out of curiosity. Laying all the area of Zulag 4 and Alf's Escape end to end, the latter is about double the size. Probably more, because it's far more densely-packed.

Wow realy? Well it felt shorter, but that's probably because time flies when you are having fun :)

Note I wonder how those levels look like on your screen when you are laying them out like that.

I think the gameplay in Alf is the best in New n Tasty.

It's bigger than Z4. I assume Xavier means the middle hub section.
